About: I have my own little dog back at home with my parents, and have had the privilege of living with my roommate’s dog and watching him while she is away. Although I grew up with a small dog, I have quite a soft spot for big sweethearts and sassy cats! “Let me just say that Constance was a lifesaver for me as I had just moved here but needed to go back home and drive my car down but did not want to leave princess alone for a week as she would have been so lonely in a new place. Constance did an awesome job with princess and they got along great and she doesn’t warm up to just anyone.. “I had a last minute request (day before) for someone to watch my dog for a day because he recently injured his pads on all 4 feet and I needed to go to work but was not comfortable leaving him alone. At the time when Kathleen watched him, he was in a cone and on medication. When we talked beforehand, Kathleen was very kind and thoughtful, asking great questions and anticipating potential needs to make sure he would be safe and comfy in her care. While watching him, he ended up feeling a bit better than he had been in previous days and not as groggy from his medications, so was not as calm as I thought he would be for her, but she still did a great job of making sure he stayed safe and did not re-injure his feet. She provided updates at reasonable intervals without me having to ask and was very kind the entire time, even with me not knowing exactly what time I would be able to pick him up. About: I house sit occasionally and care for peoples animals while they are away. Pet siting and dog walking are what I enjoy doing the most. I work full time Monday through Friday but leave work often to check on animals. I'm also available on the weekends. “My furbaby, Mia, stayed w Kathleen for the first time this past week. Kathleen was super communicative from the point of booking and throughout Mias stay. She took so many pictures and provided daily updates. Their home is extremely dog friendly and she would take Mia on daily walks as well. My baby was well taken care of and we will definitely be repeat customers - highly recommend!”
