I have been volunteering with animals, dog walking, and dog sitting around my community for a years now! Through Caring Hearts for Canines, I became the first volunteer under the age of 18 at the nonprofit dog rescue. I was an active volunteer with them for many years before moving for college, and they've expanded tremendously since then. In addition, I have a lot of experience administering medication to dogs and tending to other ailments, if needed. No special need is too much! Pets can be picky, skittish, or as loud as they want. I don’t mind! I've always enjoyed the time I spend with the different breeds and hope to expand my business contacts through Rover. I have multiple references from people I have worked for in the past. I can schedule a time with you to come to meet the pets beforehand. It tends to make the whole experience more comforting and we can decide if I'll be the right fit ahead of time!

While I don’t offer boarding in my own home, I’m more than happy to stay at your home with your pets. Whatever your pet needs to be comfortable, I can arrange.

Megan is hands down the most fantastic dog walker we have ever had. Our dog can be picky when it comes to making friends, but as soon as he met Megan you could tell he felt she was a safe person. She always updated me with photos, notes about their walks, and spent quality time with him! She was always in tune with him, even messaging me when she felt he may not be feeling well. I would recommend her any day!
Highly recommend booking with Megan! She was overly accommodating to do a meet & greet and kept our pets’ normal schedule. She kept us updated with daily photos and replied quickly. You can trust Megan to take amazing care of your pets!
So wonderful to have a great helper. Our pets were well cared for and we were able to enjoy our vacation. Definitely a great asset to Rover and highly recommend. We will be rebooking with our next trip.

Schedule
My full-time job is as a Sea Turtle Biologist during nesting season! But I love hanging out with fur babies in my free time. Rover makes it possible to pursue both of my passions :)
