“Dian was incredible. Sunny actually went to another house with cats that kept swatting and hissing at him. He was already timid with animals so was skiddish and freaked out. We were in a bind with no animals allowed at our condo so Dian took him in very last minute. Dian had SUCH a calming atmosphere and home. She was patient with him and so was her super friendly pup. Sunny ended up relaxing and had the best time. Felt right at home. She was the absolute best sitter and I will use her any time I’m town. I would give her 10 stars if possible.”

She took amazing care of our Rottweiler and kept us in the loop the whole time with updates and photos, which we really appreciated. Her home is warm and welcoming and honestly feels more like a dog spa than a boarding setup. Our dog was clearly comfortable hanging out with her kids and the other pups, and it was great knowing he was getting plenty of love and social time. Grace was also super flexible and easy to work with. Best of all, our dog came home clean, happy, and relaxed. From the first time I messaged Susan, she was very friendly and willing to work with our schedules to do a meet and greet, and she agreed to care for both our pups (one senior and one with anxiety), while only meeting one of them during the meet and greet. During our boys’ weeklong stay with Susan, we got daily updates with pics, which gave us so much peace of mind because we knew our boys were getting so greatly cared for while we were away, and they got plenty of walks and attention, since Susan only takes one pup or family at a time. One of our pups ended up getting an upset stomach on the bed of the other pup, and Susan went above and beyond in dealing with this situation, even going as far as washing the bed so it was clean for us when we arrived to pick them up. It can be hard to leave your furry babies with someone you just met, but we got the most amazing and calm energy from Susan from the first time we met, even our anxious boy went up to her to get scratches (which has NOT happened before with anyone), and we just knew this was going to be someone who would really take care of both pups. 10000% recommended, and we will most definitely be rebooking for future travels!
