This was our first time using rover and Susan set the bar very high!! She was very professional and loving with our young puppy Ridley. She was patient and got to know him during our meet and greet. She made us feel like our dog would be in safe and capable hands. She asked a lot of questions to properly care for him and his individual needs. During the stay, she sent us multiple photos and videos as well as typed updates as to how the days and nights went. She was very easy to communicate and get in touch with over the course of our weekend away. Can't recommend enough, we will definitely be booking again with her in the future.
We had an unfortunate flight delay and Susan was able to extend our stay with no issue - very helpful in a very stressful time! We got pictures and updates every day to ease our mind on our trip. Would definitely book again!

Dog care has been apart of my daily routine for several years. I am semi-retired and have plenty of flexibility in my schedule to care for your dog.

My condo is very safe and pet friendly. My main floor unit has no stairs. My condo complex is dog friendly and very walkable with plenty of shade and a beautiful small lake.
A typical day
Dogs love going for walks in my condo complex. There is plenty of shade, an lake and grassy areas that my dogs love to explore!
