Love giving love to your pets!
I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was a kid, mostly my next door neighbors two German Shorthair Pointers. I have had a dog of my own, as well as taking care of my nephew when I can (a 4 year old mini dachshund). I love dogs and hope to have one of my own soon, but in the mean time I am looking to give love to your pets while you’re away!

Shannon is a sincere and warm person. She makes you feel very comfortable leaving your dog with her. We met prior to choosing her to watch our 11 year old dog. Both of us as well as our dog felt very comfortable with her, so we booked her. Our trip was overseas and for 9 nights and we wanted our dog in the care of someone with their own house instead of a boarding facility as we have in the past because of the many nights as well as her age and stress on her. Although, we booked Shannon well in advance, months, she had us on her calendar and was all set for us. The morning of our trip we feed our dog breakfast at Shannon's house so she could see how we gave her food (soft and dry) as well as the medicine mixed in and the medicine given by mouth. Shannon was at ease giving the dog the medicine. During our stay, because of being overseas, and having limited phone connections, Shannon was able to communicate with us with texts and pictures. Our dog looked great, making herself at home. Upon our return, our dog, looked more relaxed and calm then the times we left her at the boarding facility. When we got home to our house, she was not following us from room to room to make sure we were not going away again and she had her voice (at the facility, she loses her voice because of barking at the other dogs who are barking). Shannon had all of our stuff together when we picked up our dog. I would recommend Shannon to other dog parents and I will be using her again if we do go away especially for long stays.
I have been using Shannon for some time now. I appreciate her communication and attention to my detailed requests. She’s very patient and my extremely anxious dog nearly immediately loved her!
Shannon was very kind and my dog seemed happy when I picked her up but I personally wish I received photos/video updates more frequently.
Shannon is the best! She gave Daisy great care and communicated throughout my getaway. She sent photos and Daisy was a happy pup. Thank you so much and Daisy will be so happy when she sees you again.
Shannon was so nice with our high energy dog, Abby. She was accommodating to work out a change of drop of time and sent multiple pictures and updates while she was dog sitting. I would certainly rebook with her again if needed.

Schedule
I have a flexible work schedule, and am remote Mondays and Fridays. I love to be active and am more than happy to take your dogs out with me.

I just upgraded to a home with a private fenced in yard to run and play. I also live in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for walks any time of the day!
A typical day
I love going for walks any time of day and playing with your dogs favorite toys. Whether it’s a game of fetch in the yard or out back, or a long walk through the neighborhood I want to make your dog feel at home and do things they normally love to do.
