I needed someone to bridge the gap between Journey being dropped off by her transporter and my trainer's daughter being available to receive her, and Jen stepped in without hesitation. Despite the uncertainty around the transport timing and ultimately an early 6:00 AM drop-off, she was communicative, flexible, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She not only took wonderful care of Journey, but also coordinated the final handoff and personally dropped her off for me, making what could have been a very stressful situation feel seamless. We have always been so pleased with Yessica and her wonderful care of our Callie, so we had no qualms about booking her for a two-week stay. As always, Yessica provided us with daily reports and photos and responded quickly when I reached out to her. The icing on the cake today was that Yessica gave Callie a bath before I picked her up! She was squeaky clean and adorned with a festive bandana. So happy to have such a pleasant, reliable, and loving sitter for our little girl.
