“I had to find a pet sitter on short notice. Teddy, Cooper and I were very impressed with Christina's large outdoor space, pool, lanai and comfy spacious home completely set up to make dogs feel welcome and comfortable. Christina is very experienced with dogs including rescues. Both my dogs had a great time with Christina and her dogs. They had enough space, activities, play time and made new friends. Its very much a retreat for dogs. They are looking forward to their next stay.”

“kayla and her husband have provided me such peace of mind. I have not been in Florida long so I have not boarded Brooklyn my dog in Florida. They’ve sent me pictures. They’ve been overall just amazing. Definitely booking again. Awesome amazing people.”

“We used Paloma to watch our dogs for 5 days while we went on vacation. She did a very good job and kept us updated with pictures everyday. Would highly recommend. Thanks again”

“Marquita took great care of Gentry! Gentry came home happy and peaceful. I truly appreciate all she did to make my girl feel comfortable. Thank you Marquita!!”

“Marianne & Christopher were amazing! They provided updates throughout my dog’s stay and were very patient with all of my dog’s quirks. She tends to get nervous with new people and they were very patient with her. They were also very flexible when my flight got delayed coming back into town, they let me pick up my dog pretty late in the evening to accommodate that. Thank you again!!!!!”

“Yessica and Kevin took such good care of our 11-year-old Cairn terrier Kobe!! They have a huge beautiful back yard and a super cozy home with dog beds and couches all over the place. We will definitely leave Kobe again on our next trip. Really nice people who genuinely love dogs and excellent communication before, during and after his stay. Thanks so much!”

“Linda is always so attentive and caring with our Coco. He’s old and takes tons of medicines and Linda takes her assignment very seriously. As a trained nurse, she brings all those skills and attentiveness and professionalism to caring for Coco. We love her. Thank you!”

“TOP TIER CARE! Jennifer took excellent care of my babies in her home. She clearly takes pride in her job and takes her responsibility seriously. She provided frequent updates, including photos and videos, and responded in the app with lightning speed. My dogs were returned to me happy, tired, and just as clean as when I left them.”

“Alexis and Collin are a great choice! I will definitely book with them again. My dog and I were both comfortable with them and their home from the moment we met. It’s so hard to leave your fur baby with anyone but they made this feel easy. 🤩Amazing!! 🙏🏼🐶🦮🐾”

“It was our first time using Rover and a friend recommended Vasti. Our puppy, Haven, was boarded for 5 days and had a wonderful time. Vasti and Bryan took great care of her and sent updates with pictures and videos frequently. We are so grateful for finding you and knowing Haven is well cared for when we are away. We look forward to boarding with you again in the future!”

“Very grateful Joan and Jerry could take Evie last minute. They were incredibly caring, attentive and showed Evie a lot of love and patience. Evie has separation anxiety and needs a bit more attention. Joan and Jerry were phenomenal in making Evie feel loved and safe. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our little girl!”

“Alli was amazing with Oatmeal! She sent tons of pictures and kept me updated the whole time. Oatmeal looked so happy, especially playing with her sweet dog Mack. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. She warmly welcomed us at her home and sent pictures of our boy while we were away. Thankfully she was able to help us with a last minute drop off. We would absolutely use her services again. Thank you Jennifer!!”

“Coco was very happy to see us. And I believe that Sally did a great job watching, walking and taking care of Coco while we got away for a few days. Sally was great at sending us pictures and updates of Coco. I would not hesitate to have her watch him again!”

“Heather, & her family, did an amazing job with my ol'man dog! When I needed a new dog sitter because the two I had moved away, her reviews sold me quickly. I have no problem driving a little further out from home to put him with someone who cares well for him in my absence. He was anxious upon my leaving him, which is normal, but he came home relaxed and happy.”

“Jessica was wonderful! She kept in touch with us frequently to give updates on how our dog Brody was doing. He looked very happy during his week long stay at Jessica’s house. We highly recommend Jessica! 😊”

“Marharyta was extremely communicative. She sends daily updates and pictures even when are not requested. Our dog was not eating well and she tried multiple things always asking for our approval first. I think Canela had so much fun these days! She will be boarding with her in the near future for sure. Thank you Marharyta!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Largo
We had such a wonderful experience with Vasti and her husband watching our boys, Maverick and Tater! They took such great care of them, kept us updated, and made us feel completely comfortable knowing our boys were in good hands. You can really tell how much they genuinely care about the dogs they watch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be using Vasti and her husband again. This certainly won’t be the last time! Highly recommend them! ❤️🐾

Nancy was amazing with my nervous rescue fur baby. She helped her feel comfortable and really well cared for, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She sent photos and stayed in touch, so I always felt confident my dog was in great hands. I’d definitely have Nancy watch her again—highly recommend!

Christina is the best. There’s no one else I trust my dogs with. They always come back happy and I can leave them with her and never have to worry about them being ok or safe. She’s a wonderful person and we appreciate the care and loves she gives to our dogs while we’re away.
They are a lovely couple who took excellent care of my dogs while we were on a somewhat stressful vacation. While I was sleeping in a non air conditioned bedroom during a heatwave, with a fractured elbow, my dogs spent a luxury week poolside and enjoying foot massages and beautiful snacks. It’s a wonder that they were willing to get in the car and come home afterwards. I highly recommend booking a stay for your pet.

Emma was awesome and was totally flexible with scheduling. She shocked us by offering to pick up our Westie at the Clearwater Beach resort so that we could just enjoy a much needed mini vaca. Daisy took to her immediately and was tail wagging from the start! Very happy!!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
