About: I have had dogs and cats all my life (since old enough to have them!) Will treat your fur babies as they were my own! Work from home, so available to meet their needs, and give attention 24/7!, such as dedicated play time, to letting them out in my fenced in yard! I have a fenced in yard, single family home, privacy, no other animals to worry about your fur babies being stressed out. Will let them in house, or let them out, or crate if preferred..
“Kelli was so incredibly thorough and went above and beyond when looking after our cats. Sent lots of pictures and left no room for questions. We will definitely be using her again!!”

“Stephanie is so kind and loving , reliable and sweet to our Baby girl Lulu. Our girl loves her dearly and we can relax knowing Stephanie is with her . We feel so blessed to have found her as our sitter. Thank you so much Steph 🙂”

“Danielle truly is outstanding! Not only did she go above taking care of my cats but also got my house ready for Milton as we were out of the country when we realized it was coming right to our house. After the storm she made sure to check on the cats as soon as possible! Thank you!!”

“Teresa comes to let Sully and Quinn out daily. I am sure they are so happy to see her and have some playtime in the afternoon. Love the daily reports and pictures! So Thankful to have her.”

About: 🐾 Wagging Tails, Happy Hearts, Peace of Mind While You're Apart 🐾 I have a genuine connection with animals and a love for them that is difficult to put into words. From as far back as I can remember, I've been drawn to nature and animals of all kinds—big and small. Caring for animals isn't just something I do; it's a lifelong passion that has always been a part of who I am. Throughout my life, I've rescued and cared for countless animals and have a natural ability to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I believe pet care goes beyond meeting basic physical needs. My goal is to provide companionship, enrichment, comfort, and an overall sense of well-being so your pets feel happy, secure, and cared for while you're away. Whether your furry family members are staying with me or I'm caring for them in the comfort of your home, they will be treated with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own pets. I understand how difficult it can be to trust someone else with your beloved companions. Every pet has their own unique personality, routines, quirks, and preferences, and I take the time to learn and respect those details. Maintaining their familiar routines helps keep them comfortable, stress-free, and happy while you're away, giving you peace of mind knowing they're in caring and capable hands. **Specialized Care & Experience** I have experience caring for pets with a wide variety of unique needs and personalities. Whether your pet is shy, reactive, unsocialized, elderly, very young, disabled, recovering from illness or injury, or simply has their own special routines and quirks, I provide patient, individualized care tailored to their comfort and well-being. My experience includes: • Senior (geriatric) pet care • Puppy and kitten (pediatric) care • Special-needs and disabled pets • Reactive, fearful, or unsocialized animals • Medication administration (oral, topical, and other routine medications) • Post-surgical and recovery support • Mobility assistance and accommodations • Maintaining specialized feeding, exercise, and behavioral routines I understand that every pet is unique. I take the time to learn their preferences, triggers, habits, and routines so they feel safe, secure, and understood while you're away. ❤️ Pet care is my primary focus this summer, giving me the flexibility to accommodate a wide range of schedules and care needs. I understand how important consistency and routine are, so I work to ensure their care fits seamlessly into their normal day. Whether your pet needs a quick check-in, multiple daily visits, medication, specialized attention, or full day/overnight sitting, I have the availability to provide dependable, personalized care and plenty of attention while you're away. I strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and low-stress environment that feels as close to your pet's normal routine as possible. In my home, pets have access to a securely fenced backyard with plenty of shade for supervised outdoor time. I share my home with one senior dog and three cats who are accustomed to other animals. Depending on your preferences and your pet's personality, they can socialize with my pets or be kept completely separate. I understand that not every animal enjoys company, and I'm happy to accommodate whatever makes them most comfortable. When caring for pets in your home, I treat your space with the same respect I would my own. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication routines, exercise needs, and any special instructions to help maintain consistency and reduce stress while you're away. I also respect your home, belongings, privacy, and household routines, ensuring both you and your pets feel comfortable and secure. My goal is always to provide attentive, personalized care so your pets feel safe, happy, and loved whether they're staying with me or remaining in the comfort of their own home.

About: Hi! I have experience owning and caring for cats, dogs, and rabbits! I used to work as a veterinary assistant, but the field was emotionally difficult so I switched career paths. However, I still have a love and passion for caring for animals. I currently have a 6yo cat and live with a roommate that has 2 kittens and a 9yo beagle. 😊 I am a full-time student working part-time at a veterinary office. I love animals and want to fit pet care into the days I am not at work. I enjoy staying active and getting to interact with pets of all kinds so Rover is a perfect fit! I can come to your home to take care of your pets needs by providing them with food, fresh water, and interacting with them. If you have a pet that requires medication or special instructions, I don’t mind! I will always do my best to take care of your fur babies because I know you love them as much as I love my own.

“I always know my precious cat is in good hands when in Mindy’s care! I have used her several times. She is reliable, professional, and shows she really cares about the pets. Highly recommend.”

“Kaitlyn is a great communicator. I appreciated how she came in advance and took notes. When I rebooked her, she had her notes already. Cats seemed how when I returned. One is a cat that loves/requires attention.”

“Sarena was super responsive and great with my cat, especially on such short notice. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to find a kind, conscientious sitter who will take care of your pet just like it was you still at home with them.”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pamela and Darren were absolutely wonderful! They took amazing care of our pets and treated them like family. They kept us updated, were dependable, and made the entire experience stress-free. It was such a relief knowing our pets were in such caring and capable hands. We came home to happy, well-loved pets, and we couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend Pamela and Darren to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate pet sitters!

Brittany took amazing care of my doggies! My dogs require some special instructions that are a little bit of a pain and she handled it exactly as I would have! She sent lots of pictures and made me feel like my babies were in good hands. I would recommend her to anyone.

Anthony has been a great help with our pug, Max. Max is really comfortable with him. It gives us peace of mind that Max is in good hands while we're not home. We work all day. We feed Max brrakfast then walk him and spend a little time with him in the morning then we have to go to work. Anthony comes twice a day to spend time with Max, take him for a walk, feed him dinner and this has been a big help. Thank you, Anthony!

Theresa was fantastic , on time arrivals for taking care of our two dogs. She took her time with the feedings and walks. Our dogs looked relaxed when we got home. . Would highly recommend her to anyone needing this type of service. Will use her again for our upcoming trips. Pete $ Cat

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Largo with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
