I loved the fun updates I got from Kolin and Adam. Every day I looked forward to getting the latest update and photos of Angus. The messages were fun, informative, and gave me a sense of comfort that Angus was being well cared for. They were so open to letting Angus be Angus, whether that meant sunning himself in the backyard or looking out the front window to asses the neighborhood. I never once worried about him, even though we were halfway across the world. They are stellar!

She was welcomed right in and treated like part of the family. ❤️❤️ I felt completely comfortable leaving her and knew she was in caring, capable hands. This was our first time using rover and Susan set the bar very high!! She was very professional and loving with our young puppy Ridley. She was patient and got to know him during our meet and greet. She made us feel like our dog would be in safe and capable hands. She asked a lot of questions to properly care for him and his individual needs. During the stay, she sent us multiple photos and videos as well as typed updates as to how the days and nights went. She was very easy to communicate and get in touch with over the course of our weekend away. Can't recommend enough, we will definitely be booking again with her in the future.
