From the first time I messaged Susan, she was very friendly and willing to work with our schedules to do a meet and greet, and she agreed to care for both our pups (one senior and one with anxiety), while only meeting one of them during the meet and greet. During our boys’ weeklong stay with Susan, we got daily updates with pics, which gave us so much peace of mind because we knew our boys were getting so greatly cared for while we were away, and they got plenty of walks and attention, since Susan only takes one pup or family at a time. One of our pups ended up getting an upset stomach on the bed of the other pup, and Susan went above and beyond in dealing with this situation, even going as far as washing the bed so it was clean for us when we arrived to pick them up. It can be hard to leave your furry babies with someone you just met, but we got the most amazing and calm energy from Susan from the first time we met, even our anxious boy went up to her to get scratches (which has NOT happened before with anyone), and we just knew this was going to be someone who would really take care of both pups. 10000% recommended, and we will most definitely be rebooking for future travels! A million thanks, Ms. Susan!! ☺️”

About: I've had a pet in the house since childhood. Dogs, cats, birds, fish. However, dogs have always been there. I've had many occasions to petsit for friends, family and my neighbors. I'll treat your dog as my own. I am a retired firefighter (pet first aid training) and at home most of the day with exception of errands, gym, shopping and other typical day activities. Your pet will get plenty of attention and playtime inside and out. My backyard is totally fenced in, so it's safe and secure. I make sure not to have any toxic plants in the house or in the yard. I only use pet-safe products for lawn and garden. I have one dog, an 11 year old Goldendoodle that loves other dogs, large and small. I've had a pet in my home most of my life.

I loved the fun updates I got from Kolin and Adam. Every day I looked forward to getting the latest update and photos of Angus. The messages were fun, informative, and gave me a sense of comfort that Angus was being well cared for. They were so open to letting Angus be Angus, whether that meant sunning himself in the backyard or looking out the front window to asses the neighborhood. I never once worried about him, even though we were halfway across the world. They are stellar!

Heidi took such amazing care of Bella! Regular photos and updates, and when I picked her up it was clear my girl had a great time with Heidi! She seemed relaxed and happy! This was our first time using rover and Susan set the bar very high!! She was very professional and loving with our young puppy Ridley. She was patient and got to know him during our meet and greet. She made us feel like our dog would be in safe and capable hands. She asked a lot of questions to properly care for him and his individual needs. During the stay, she sent us multiple photos and videos as well as typed updates as to how the days and nights went. She was very easy to communicate and get in touch with over the course of our weekend away. Can't recommend enough, we will definitely be booking again with her in the future.
