We had a meet and greet prior to Jeff’s stay, and it went swimmingly! Tracey was cautious and gave us warnings for Ziggy’s excitement, but Jeff is the same way. So, I was not worried one bit but appreciated the warning. She was accommodating to Jeff’s exploration of her home and messy drinking. She asked great questions specifically about food since Jeff stayed with her over Thanksgiving. As a fellow dog mom, i felt reassured! On the day that I dropped off Jeff, I had to have someone else drop him off and Tracey was extremely flexible with that as well as timing. I shared a note with general instructions and information for Jeff. Daily, she would text me with updates from Jeff’s POV which i thought was adorable! Pick up was also a breeze even though I wasn’t there. I normally have to follow up with sitters to ask if Jeff needs his evening feed, but before I could get to it, Tracey texted me! It’s the little things that count. Tracey went above and beyond my expectations! Jeff will definitely be back to stay with her in the future. 10/10 would recommend.”

Kelly was amazing! She was always pleasant and responsive and even sent pics and videos several times a day to let me see how happy my pup was. I have an older Shiba Inu, and she can be temperamental sometimes. When I picked my dog up she was happy, rested and clean… and happy! She didn’t even give me attitude for leaving her for five days. I’ll definitely be using Kelly again!

I loved the fun updates I got from Kolin and Adam. Every day I looked forward to getting the latest update and photos of Angus. The messages were fun, informative, and gave me a sense of comfort that Angus was being well cared for. They were so open to letting Angus be Angus, whether that meant sunning himself in the backyard or looking out the front window to asses the neighborhood. I never once worried about him, even though we were halfway across the world. They are stellar!
