Hi, I’m Jennifer! I’ve loved animals my whole life, and have always had a furry, fishy, or feathered friend. My husband and I have been pet-sitting for our friends since our senior pup passed away, and although we’re not quite ready to adopt again, we’d love more consistent pet companionship! NOTE: We require all pets we host be reliably house trained, up to date on their vaccinations, and actively on flea and tick preventative.

We had another wonderful experience! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated all of the updates and photos throughout the stay. I couldn’t recommend Jennifer and Austin more! They were incredibly flexible, accommodating, and immediately made me feel at ease. They are both so welcoming and have such a natural way with dogs. They were thorough, responsive, and communicative throughout my dog’s entire stay. It was such a relief knowing she was in such great hands. Jennifer sent plenty of photos and updates, and it genuinely looked like my dog was having the best time, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I would absolutely trust them with my dog again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional pet sitters!

Jennifer and Austin are the absolute best dog sitters. They have become Twiggy’s home away from home, and I always feel super comfortable leaving twiggy with them. They send photos and updates daily, are extremely responsive, and embrace all of Twiggy’s little quirks. It truly feels like twiggy’s extended family is dog sitting her when she’s with them. I couldn’t recommend Jennifer and Austin more highly.

Schedule
We are both working fully remote, so we are home 100% of the day Monday through Friday. We take morning, afternoon, and evening walks during the week, and enjoy longer outdoor adventures on the weekends. We'd love to add your pet to our routine!

Safety, trust & environment
Our home has a large, fenced-in backyard. We also enjoy going on long walks and runs exploring the city. For your pup's safety, we will keep them 100% on-leash during outings. Although we only book one client at a time, we're happy to host siblings if they live together and get along. Your fur baby will be welcome to lounge on our couch, and snuggle in our bed. We have a medium-sized crate, but if your pup is on the larger size and uses one, be sure to pack theirs! Feel free to bring any favorite items that would make your pet most comfortable while they're with us. We already have food and water bowls, a large plush dog bed, and toys that they are welcome to play with while they're here. A typical day
My husband and I are runners, so we're happy to take your pup on a run, if they'd enjoy it! We also love to make use of our fenced-in backyard for playtime!

- Let us know if your pet needs any special care ahead of time! I'd love to know their preferences, likes, dislikes, fears, etc. so they have the most comfortable time with us! Transparency is key - letting us know your pet's quirks will help us help them have a good time! Some things that are helpful for us to know include if your pet is reliably house trained (we can only host pups who are), has any behavioral issues, leash reactivity, separation anxiety, etc. (We have experience with all of the above!)
