I had to go out of town on a family emergency, and Rachel generously accommodated me into her schedule. This is the first time that I have ever left my fur child outside of family Care, so I was naturally nervous. At the meet and greet I was instantly put at ease and the environment she creates for the pets she watches is exactly the way that I would keep my house. She took great care of my fur child, and even spoiled her more than I do!
