Dawn watched our dog Zayla for a few days while we were in Europe. She was really flexible with other people dropping off and picking her up, and flexible about what our dog needed as a reactive dog who isn't great around other dogs. She also took amazing care of Zayla and sent us daily updates with pictures. Highly recommend!

Zeitplan
Working from home with a pet? Kinda the best. Their routine has just blended into mine without much effort. Most mornings, we wake up, I feed them, clean up a bit, and maybe go for a quick walk or play around while I’m making coffee. Nothing fancy—just a nice way to start the day together. During the day, I take little breaks to check on them—top off the water, give some treats, toss a toy, or just chill for a sec. It’s a good excuse to step away from my screen and move around. Lunch break is usually when we do something a bit more fun—a longer walk, some zoomies, or just sitting outside if the weather’s nice. It’s kind of our reset button. After work, it's dinner time (for them first, always) and then some evening energy burn-off. Maybe a walk, maybe a dip in the pool. Depends on the vibe.

Having a fenced yard and pool makes pet care way more laid-back, and honestly, it’s one of the best parts of working from home. They get to be happy and active, and I get little moments to reset throughout the day. We allow your pets to be on the couch and beds, but can easily crate if you prefer.
Ein typischer Tag
When I watch pets, I make sure they have a fun, safe, and enriching experience! For dogs, I love going on walks, playing fetch, or even doing some light training with treats. If they enjoy the outdoors, we’ll explore parks or just hang out at or in the pool. For cats, I bring out their favorite toys, play chase with strings or laser pointers, and give them plenty of cozy cuddle time if they’re affectionate. I also enjoy brushing pets (if they like it), giving them mental stimulation with puzzles or games, and making sure they feel happy and loved while you're away!
