From the first time I messaged Susan, she was very friendly and willing to work with our schedules to do a meet and greet, and she agreed to care for both our pups (one senior and one with anxiety), while only meeting one of them during the meet and greet. During our boys’ weeklong stay with Susan, we got daily updates with pics, which gave us so much peace of mind because we knew our boys were getting so greatly cared for while we were away, and they got plenty of walks and attention, since Susan only takes one pup or family at a time. One of our pups ended up getting an upset stomach on the bed of the other pup, and Susan went above and beyond in dealing with this situation, even going as far as washing the bed so it was clean for us when we arrived to pick them up. It can be hard to leave your furry babies with someone you just met, but we got the most amazing and calm energy from Susan from the first time we met, even our anxious boy went up to her to get scratches (which has NOT happened before with anyone), and we just knew this was going to be someone who would really take care of both pups. 10000% recommended, and we will most definitely be rebooking for future travels! A million thanks, Ms. Susan!! ☺️”

About: I've had a pet in the house since childhood. Dogs, cats, birds, fish. However, dogs have always been there. I've had many occasions to petsit for friends, family and my neighbors. I'll treat your dog as my own. I am a retired firefighter (pet first aid training) and at home most of the day with exception of errands, gym, shopping and other typical day activities. Your pet will get plenty of attention and playtime inside and out. My backyard is totally fenced in, so it's safe and secure. I make sure not to have any toxic plants in the house or in the yard. I only use pet-safe products for lawn and garden. I have one dog, an 11 year old Goldendoodle that loves other dogs, large and small. I've had a pet in my home most of my life.

On that note, I’d prefer to ONLY board dogs that are not high-energy or territorial, so as to help keep my small senior dogs safe. I love keeping owners updated with pictures/texts to make them feel like their fur babies are right there with them! Animals I've cared for: Dogs, cats, leopard geckos, hognose snakes, hedgehogs, and White's tree frogs. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I am currently working part time, my schedule usually only consist of 6:45am-3:15pm and 9am-4pm. If any change I will always update and I have a very flexible schedule. For my clients homes, I will ensure to maintain a clean environment and eyes on your pets as if they were mine. Leaving the area is the exact condition it was found, or better. I strive to provide the most respect, secure, and care with your furbabies as well as my clients to ensure a positive experience. Just let me know if any personal preferences of how to take care of your pet (special needs, routine, etc) and the surrounding neighborhood of where we'll be at!
About: I honestly just love animals! I’ve had all types of dogs growing up, from yellow labs, doodles, and even shitzu’s. Although I never had cats growing up, I love them equally as much. I will make sure your fur baby is treated with so much love and care! My schedule is very flexible, I am currently getting my masters online at USF for social work so I have a lot of free time! I create a safe, loving environment for every pet. Your pet will be my only guest, no other animals, so they get my undivided attention, supervised play, and a calm, comfortable space to roam around. For peace of mind, I also have pet insurance!

I’m also available for drop-in visits and walks based on my availability. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect both their routine and their space. I carefully follow feeding, walking, medication, and household instructions and prioritize keeping pets comfortable in the environment they already know. I also believe communication is important, so pet parents can expect regular updates and photos while they’re away.

About: Spending time with animals has always been a passion of mine! I respect them but also believe in boundaries based out of love. Give love to get love kind of approach. I don’t have the space in my personal home to board animals yet. But I am more than happy to pet sit or come take your pet out for play time.

About: I've had a pet in the house since childhood. Dogs, cats, birds, fish. However, dogs have always been there. I've had many occasions to petsit for friends, family and my neighbors. I'll treat your dog as my own. I am a retired firefighter (pet first aid training) and at home most of the day with exception of errands, gym, shopping and other typical day activities. Your pet will get plenty of attention and playtime inside and out. My backyard is totally fenced in, so it's safe and secure. I make sure not to have any toxic plants in the house or in the yard. I only use pet-safe products for lawn and garden. I have one dog, an 11 year old Goldendoodle that loves other dogs, large and small. I've had a pet in my home most of my life.

“If I could give 10 stars, I would! My wife and I traveled from NY to St. Pete for vacation. The condo we rented did not allow pets, but we really wanted to bring our golden retriever with us. However, we did not just want our dog to be in a kennel all week. We wanted to be able to see our dog, and spend some of our vacation with her. We learned about Rover, and decided to give it a try. After seeing the photos and information about Seanna, we reached out - and boy, are we glad! Seanna and her husband took in our fur baby, and truly adopted her into their family. They made it super easy to pick up our dog when we wanted, and to return her at a convenient time. Seanna was very good at giving us “pupdates”, and frequently sent us the cutest pictures. We had no concerns or worries. Our dog was happy and eager to return to them each time. You could tell that she was well-cared for, and enjoyed the time spent there. Seanna has two wonderful, sweet dogs of her own, and they all got along so well. You can trust that your furry friend is in good care and company if you book with this perfect Rover sitter. About: I have always had a knack for connecting and caring for dogs from caring for our family’s yellow lab and red nose pit growing up, to fostering dogs between homes, to now raising my own two, Dallas and Zeus. My experience spans the full range — young puppies to elderly dogs, and pets small enough to fit in your palm to 90-lb lap dogs. This allows me to cater to any complex needs/instructions your pet might require. My home comes with a fenced in quarter acre backyard for the pups to play and get every last ounce of energy out! When it’s time to relax the furniture is free game for everyone in the house. I take pride in keeping a clean home for the pups and myself to relax in. For walks, I make sure to let the pups take in all the smells and always stopping for them to cure their curiosity. I know the Florida heat is no joke so I carry to go bowls with me and always make sure their water bowls are full and have somewhere nice and cool to escape from the heat.
