About: I've had a pet in the house since childhood. Dogs, cats, birds, fish. However, dogs have always been there. I've had many occasions to petsit for friends, family and my neighbors. I'll treat your dog as my own. I am a retired firefighter (pet first aid training) and at home most of the day with exception of errands, gym, shopping and other typical day activities. Your pet will get plenty of attention and playtime inside and out. My backyard is totally fenced in, so it's safe and secure. I make sure not to have any toxic plants in the house or in the yard. I only use pet-safe products for lawn and garden. I have one dog, an 11 year old Goldendoodle that loves other dogs, large and small. I've had a pet in my home most of my life.

About: I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I understand that pets are family, I treat every pet in my care with patience, kindness, and plenty of attention. I have always had pets in my life ever since I was a child, I can't imagine a life without them. My husband and I of 26 years have always had a dog and a cat in our home, our 2 kids grew up with them as well. We are now empty nesters and our recent family dog Tank passed last year at 17 years old. Oh how we miss him! We currently do not have a dog, but do have a cat named Cali. She is 12 yrs old, has her own space and typically does not interact with the dogs. Our son and his fiance have two dogs (Corgi and Golden Retriever) that we have taken care of when needed since they were puppies. Neighbors and friends have also relied on us to watch, check in with, feed, walk and play with their pups and kitties. We have a fenced back yard with pool, our grand pups enjoy the sun shelf to cool off and occasionally jump in. We live close to the Pinellas Trail as well which is great for early morning and evening walks. I am comfortable caring for dogs, cats, and other pets. I'm happy to follow your pet's usual routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, medication, and lots of cuddles! My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable and loved while you are away. I'd love the opportunity to meet you and your pets to learn more about how I can help. I recently retired from my full time job of 30 years, looking to stay active while enjoying my love for animals by caring for pets. I live in a home with a fenced back yard. “Jeff’s stay with Tracey and Ziggy were fantastic. I cannot thank her enough for taking great care of Jeff, sending updates, and being flexible! We had a meet and greet prior to Jeff’s stay, and it went swimmingly! Tracey was cautious and gave us warnings for Ziggy’s excitement, but Jeff is the same way. So, I was not worried one bit but appreciated the warning. She was accommodating to Jeff’s exploration of her home and messy drinking. She asked great questions specifically about food since Jeff stayed with her over Thanksgiving. As a fellow dog mom, i felt reassured! On the day that I dropped off Jeff, I had to have someone else drop him off and Tracey was extremely flexible with that as well as timing. I shared a note with general instructions and information for Jeff. Daily, she would text me with updates from Jeff’s POV which i thought was adorable! Pick up was also a breeze even though I wasn’t there. I normally have to follow up with sitters to ask if Jeff needs his evening feed, but before I could get to it, Tracey texted me! It’s the little things that count. Tracey went above and beyond my expectations! Jeff will definitely be back to stay with her in the future. 10/10 would recommend.”

“This was our first time boarding our fur baby with anyone, and it went SO well! Yessica and Kevin are naturals with dogs and they really knew how to get our girl acclimated to her surroundings with a patient introduction to toys, to them as caregivers, and then to each of the other fur babies who were in their care. Our clingy girl did great and we felt relaxed in knowing that she was comfortable. She has never-ending energy and was able to play her heart out! I will say she slept hard when we brought her home and even enjoyed a lazy day the day after coming home, lol! Highly recommend!”

Lori and her pup Sasha took amazing care of my pup Charlie!! I received photos and comments thru her stay. Sasha welcomed Charlie in with open arms. Alex was very responsive during the booking process. We had a meet and greet to make sure our dog Abby was comfortable at her home, which she was very happy to see a fenced in back yard to play. Alex was great with our high energy dog during the 5 day stay. Alex kept me updated everyday with pictures and cute messages. When I picked up our dog she was very happy.
