About: I’ve had puppies and rescues since age 5. I’ve trained puppies and special needs senior dogs with love and consistency. A tired dog is a good dog! I’m currently open to sitting/visiting/walking during the day. I can also offer bathing. I have experience with a variety of needs and sizes. I’ve never been without a dog by my side! I have a large fenced yard and have large dogs. I take them to the beach and dog parks regularly. I’m open to unsocialized dogs who need independent, at home care as well.

“Could not recommend María enough. She will go above and beyond for you and your pets and treat them like her own. I left my puppy for the first time and María took such good care of him. When I got home he was clean (she had bathed him!), happy, healthy, and had a fat little stomach which means he was eating good while I was gone, which was a huge worry of mine given how small he is. She hand fed him to make sure he ate and was getting enough food in. I am so grateful for her and her kindness towards animals. María is extremely trustworthy, kind, and caring. Bailey is scared of storms and unfortunately there was some bad weather while I was away. She made sure he was comfortable, calm, and safe. She sent regular updates and adorable pics of Bailey! I truly cannot recommend Walter enough, we had a sitter abandon our pets mid-stay while we were traveling abroad and Walter was able to step in and not only ensure our pets were cared for but truly loved! He took them on walks, played and hung out outside with them, and let the pets sleep in the bed with him. On top of all of that, he even cleaned all of the sheets and comfortable prior to my arrival back home. We will be using Walter again for our future travels.
We absolutely love Shannon, and more importantly, so does our dog, Gus. We struggled for many years trying to find a good option for Gus when we go on vacation. We had a few bad experiences with local kennels, so we stopped using them. We finally found Shannon last summer and she has been everything we hoped for. She's courteous and conscientious, respectful of our home, and treats Gus as if he were her own dog. Shannon is great about sending us thorough daily updates and pictures so we don't have to worry about our boy. We highly recommend Shanon!
