About: I’ve had puppies and rescues since age 5. I’ve trained puppies and special needs senior dogs with love and consistency. A tired dog is a good dog! I’m a Florida/Texas hybrid. As such I am very fortunate to have had the opportunity to acquire experience in caring for animals of every shape and size from birth essentially! . I have cared for a wide variety of animals including dogs, cats, cows, horses, pigs, rabbits, goats, turtles, fish, chickens and even llamas! Some as secondhand exposure to how their needs dictate their care, while others as ownership and primary care. As a critical care nurse for nearly 18 years I developed skills in accuracy, prioritization and diligence. I no longer work in that capacity and my goal with Rover is simply to care for fur babies as their people would so we can all have full happy lives! I’m currently open to sitting/visiting/walking during the day. I can also offer bathing. I have experience with a variety of needs and sizes. I’ve never been without a dog by my side! I truly cannot recommend Walter enough, we had a sitter abandon our pets mid-stay while we were traveling abroad and Walter was able to step in and not only ensure our pets were cared for but truly loved! He took them on walks, played and hung out outside with them, and let the pets sleep in the bed with him. On top of all of that, he even cleaned all of the sheets and comfortable prior to my arrival back home. We will be using Walter again for our future travels.
