I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I understand that pets are family, I treat every pet in my care with patience, kindness, and plenty of attention. I have always had pets in my life ever since I was a child, I can't imagine a life without them. My husband and I of 26 years have always had a dog and a cat in our home, our 2 kids grew up with them as well. We are now empty nesters and our recent family dog Tank passed last year at 17 years old. Oh how we miss him! We currently do not have a dog, but do have a cat named Cali. She is 12 yrs old, has her own space and typically does not interact with the dogs. Our son and his fiance have two dogs (Corgi and Golden Retriever) that we have taken care of when needed since they were puppies. Neighbors and friends have also relied on us to watch, check in with, feed, walk and play with their pups and kitties. We have a fenced back yard with pool, our grand pups enjoy the sun shelf to cool off and occasionally jump in. We live close to the Pinellas Trail as well which is great for early morning and evening walks. I am comfortable caring for dogs, cats, and other pets. I'm happy to follow your pet's usual routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, medication, and lots of cuddles!
