Hello, my name is Jonell and I have been doing Rover for over two years! Born and raised in St. Pete, I have grown up with kittens of all kinds: tuxedos, calicos, tabbies, orangies, black voids and currently a fluffy part-Ragdoll girl! I own 5 kitties of my own and conduct most of my business with kitties. I am well aware of cat’s behaviors and comfort levels and the attention needed to keep them happy! When trusting me with your loved cats I’ll always make sure you are stress-free whether on a short vacation or extended trip! Cleaning water bowls and litter daily, always making sure their food is fresh and love and pets fulfilled is something I do with my babies and will for yours as well. ❤️ I do offer overnight stays, drop-ins and boarding at my house (although not optimal for most kitties)! When taking care of an animal my first priority is to keep your animal happy, while respecting your home and their boundaries! Itineraries will always be followed to minimal details, whether it be your pet goes for a walk at specific times, food prepared specifically, and allowed on/off furniture! I want them to be comfortable with me and have company when needed while their owners are away, whether that takes constant playing and attention or company! I like to ask questions about how to make your pet comfortable with a stranger while you are away. I love to send tons of photos and updates per the client’s request and making them feel at home. I always leave apartments and houses the way it was and clean up thoroughly before I go, communication is key!

Jonell does a great job keeping us informed while we’re away as to what’s happening with our cats. She tried to keep the kids entertained but respected their boundaries when they weren’t feeling social.
The best as always!! We all love when Jonell comes over 😊 She takes such great care of the animals and our house and is incredibly communicative with tons of fun pictures that it puts us at ease when traveling.

Jonell is amazing! Communicates very clearly and is obviously a compassionate person. Every time she’s been my cat sitter, we start off with interesting situations (my cats have notoriously been very skittish) and each time she pulls through! Jonell is definitely my go to sitter.

Programa
My schedule is consistent in the following: Monday's, Tuesday's, 8AM-4:30PM...Fridays 7AM-730PM…Sunday’s 9AM-7:30PM... at a hospital in downtown St. Petersburg. I will always be upfront with my schedule and obligations in advance as soon as I receive my schedule!
