Experienced & Loving Dog Mom
I’ve grown up with dogs and have cared for them throughout my entire life. I currently have two dogs of my own, a 6 year old Shar-Pei/Pit mix and a 13 year old Dachshund mix. I also regularly care for my mom’s Pit Bull when she travels. Through caring for my own dogs and family pets, I have hands on experience with senior dogs, reactive dogs, allergies and sensitive skin, different energy levels, and dogs who need extra patience and attention. I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and comfort level, and I’m comfortable adjusting my care to meet their individual needs. I genuinely enjoy everything that comes with caring for dogs, from walks and playtime to feeding, enrichment, potty breaks, and simply keeping them company.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. When caring for pets in their home, I follow their normal routines and your instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications if needed, walks, potty breaks, and any house rules. I’m mindful of doors, gates, leashes, and other potential escape risks, and I always make sure pets are secure before leaving. I’ll also treat your home with the same care and respect I would want for my own.

I have a really difficult dog to walk. She's a pit mix named Stella and we rescued her when she already had some pretty bad walking habits. She pulls and she's very strong, and she doesn't do well if she sees another dog on a walk. Veronique has walked her numerous times and she's always able to handle her. She's a natural with difficult dogs, and I don't trust anyone else with our Stella dog.
Veronique is great. She is very reliable and hard working. She always takes great care of my pets, and I can always count on her.
Veronique is the first person I ask to watch my dog whenever I’m out of town! My dog Sammy absolutely adores her, she goes the extra mile to entertain and care for him every time. She’s punctual, trustworthy, super friendly, and most importantly really great with pets!

Schedule
I work remotely full time, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine and gives me a very flexible schedule. I’m able to make multiple visits throughout the day and can spend extended time with pets rather than only stopping by briefly. I’ll always communicate clearly about my availability and make sure your pet gets the time and attention they need.

I have personal experience caring for a senior dog, a reactive dog, and a dog with allergies and sensitive skin, so I understand that some pets need extra patience or specific routines. I’m happy to accommodate individual needs and follow your instructions closely.
