Throughout the stay, Thomas sent amazing updates and photos that showed just how happy, exercised, and loved Jax was the entire time. He went above and beyond to keep my pup engaged and comfortable. Knowing Jax was in such great hands allowed me to actually relax — something I honestly didn’t think was possible when leaving my dog with someone new. He stayed in my home and was incredibly respectful of my space. Everything was exactly as I left it, and he followed all of Jax’s routines perfectly. It felt like Jax got a little vacation of his own. Thomas gave me a level of peace of mind I didn’t think I’d ever have with a sitter. My initial apprehension about leaving my dog with someone new is completely gone and that is entirely because of him. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Thomas. He is responsible, kind, attentive, communicative, and genuinely exceptional at what he does. If you’re looking for a sitter who will treat your dog like family, look no further. She made sure I made my connecting flight and made sure I made it home. I will exclusively be using Joli every time I need a puppy sitter and I highly highly recommend leaving your animals with her.
