About: I grew up in a family of dog lovers raising Pugs, and I’ve since had an English Bulldog and now a Frenchie of my own. I have a special place in my heart for smush-faced breeds and understand their unique personalities and needs, but all pups are welcome! I’ve been around dogs my entire life and will make sure yours feels safe, comfortable, and treated like part of the family while they’re in my care. I work from home during the week, which means your pup won’t spend the day alone while staying with me. I have a large backyard for play and plenty of flexibility for potty breaks, walks, and attention throughout the day. My dog loves to spend the day napping in my bed. Kimberly went above and beyond in all the ways that matter most. We have a 14-year-old standard poodle who doesn’t hear very well anymore and whose eyesight isn’t what it used to be. At that age, caring for a dog is less about following a list of instructions and more about noticing things. Kimberly noticed. During our meet-and-greet, she took notes, asked questions, and paid attention. While we were gone, she did things we hadn’t even thought to ask her to do, simply because she could see they needed doing. She also somehow became an assistant to our cat, whose only official instructions were to be let in and out. Anyone who has ever lived with a cat knows that cats rarely respect job descriptions. Kimberly kept us updated, and we never had to worry. She was thoughtful, intuitive, and comfortable with our older boy in a way that felt like it came from years of experience. There is a difference between someone who watches your pets and someone who takes care of them. Kimberly took care of ours.

Sam was so amazing with my girls, if I could leave more than 5 stars I would! She is timely, accommodated all normal routines, does well with my older dog who needs extra care and medications, and sent me so many updates it truly felt like my babies were in the best care! Our 7-year-old American Bulldog has always been a challenge to find care for. Until now, the only person we trusted to watch him was my brother-in-law.
