Kristen was able to help us on very short notice not once but twice (as our flight home got delayed). She did a fantastic job with our Marley, recognizing that she has a lot of energy and running with her, feeding her and sending us plenty of pictures of her and keeping in communication with us. About: Hi! I'm Kelsey. I graduated from USF with a science degree and left my job in clinical research to hangout with animals all day. This is my full time job (and dream job, tehe). I'm basically a huge dog nerd. When I was a little kid I would fall asleep studying my collection of 13 dog encyclopedias (hope my parent still have those). My love of dogs has followed me into adulthood - I've trained my own late German Shepherd in Search and Recovery as well as protection, and I have fostered many dogs (and cats!) over the years. I've cared for chihuahuas, to Great Danes, to bulldogs and everything in between. I truly love them all and appreciate all their little quirks and unique ways of communicating. I'm super dog nerd, but spending time with my own cats brings me immeasurable joy as well. I even started a little catnip company for my cat. Anyway, I would love to care for your pet! Looking forward to hearing from you :) Pet care is my full-time job, so caring for animals is what my days revolve around! I have a flexible schedule and am able to build my day around the needs of my clients rather than fitting pet care in around another job. I'm generally available for walks and drop-ins throughout the day, and I'm happy to work with you to find a schedule that keeps your pet comfortable and on their normal routine. My goal is to give each pet plenty of attention and make them feel comfortable, safe, and happy. Safety is always my first priority. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, triggers, and any special instructions before caring for them. I'm attentive to doors, gates, leashes, harnesses, and anything else that could create a safety issue, and I never assume that every pet has the same needs. In my clients' homes, I'm respectful of their space and leave things exactly as I found them. I'm careful about securing doors and gates when I leave and making sure pets have everything they need before I go. I also believe trust is earned through good communication. I'll keep you updated during visits, let you know if I notice anything unusual, and always reach out if I have any questions or concerns. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pet is safe, cared for, and getting plenty of attention while you're away.

About: Hi! I’m currently finishing my certification with CATCH Canine Trainers Academy (positive reinforcement), and I am a soon to be working closely with an experienced trainer. I am good at reading dog body language and helping dogs feel safe and relaxed in my home. As a semi-retired teacher, I’m home throughout the day and structure my time around walks, enrichment, play, and rest, so visiting dogs naturally become part of a predictable, low-stress routine. As a semi-retired teacher, I structure my day around walks, playtime, enrichment, and quiet rest periods, so visiting or boarding dogs easily fold into that routine. I’m home throughout the day, which helps me give lots of attention and keep a calm, predictable environment. My home fully fenced with plenty of sectioned off spaces including a small pool for any dog who loves a little structured swim time - calling all Goldens and Labs!! 🤿💦🐟🏊 For dogs who enjoy activity, I offer: *Supervised yard play and enrichment *Optional splash/play time in the pool (weather permitting & always supervised) Snuffle mats, puzzle games, and structured downtime.

About: I have always had pets in my home, like dogs and/or cats, when I was in highschool many family friends and neighbors trusted me to pet sit for them while they would be away for a week or two. I would stay and play with the pets, feed them, and provide fresh water every day, go on walks, and keep in touch with the owners. I am in college and I work in a lab that cares for crested geckos where I feed them, and look at their environment levels (e.g. humidity) to make sure they are healthy! Caring for animals always brightens my day and I would be happy to care for your furry (or not) babies whether you are at work, or going on a trip! For the summer I am not in school, but I am doing participating in my lab for internship credits with this my schedule is pretty open on weekends and weekdays so I would be able to spend time with your pets however long they want or need! I would be able to do home visits, including drop-ins, staying etc. Whatever you feel comfortable with. I would follow what your pet needs like what kind of food, if there is any medications, any kinds of routines they have, etc. What I provide will depending on what the pet needs, like if they are an older dog or a couch potato I can do a slow walk or just chill and be a couch potato. Or if they are a very active pet I will dedicate play time or outside time. I would also be in contact with the owner if anything alarming occurs or even just a picture of your pet.

About: I have been pet sitting for neighbors and family members for almost 4 years and have taken care of all sizes and ages of pets I am currently a student at Penn State but I’m off for the summer. I have plenty of time to take pets on walks and keep them entertained. About: I’ve been loving animals my entire life & treat every pet like my own. I’ve owned and cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, including high-energy breeds, senior dogs, and pets with medical needs. I currently care for my own dog, Auggie (8), who requires daily medication, a special diet, and extra attention due to anxiety and seizures, so I’m very comfortable handling detailed care routines and staying attentive to a pet’s health and behavior!!
