I have a 15‑year‑old Pomeranian and two cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pets, especially seniors or animals with unique personalities. About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life, so they have always just been a part of the family. I recently adopted my sweet perfect angel kitty Lola and helped my old roomates out with their cats so I love them as well. I am a law student so I have 2-3 hour classes periodically throughout the week. I also volunteer as a Guardian Ad Litem and with gulf coast legal services so sometimes I have those obligations as well. About: I’ve had dogs and/or cats since I was 4 and was always the one caring for them. I started pet sitting 6 years ago after watching a neighbors pet and realizing how much i enjoyed caring for them. I love walking, feeding and playing with them. On occasion i’ve found myself having to get them cleaned up after a day of fun so bathing isn’t a problem. I’m currently working part time from home and flexible with times. I’m an early riser therefore mornings don’t bother me and depending on distance I can be available in the evening. Currently I have two cats so their fun activities are kept indoors. There’s a cat tree they love to relax on and they both LOVE water so i’ll give them fresh water from the faucet. In clients home I’ll abide by any preferences they have for their pets and play with them non stop.

If you choose EXCLUSIVE Boarding or Daycare, your dog/dogs will the only dogs in my home when they stay. I have a nice fenced in backyard. And I NEVER LEAVE YOUR DOGS OUTSIDE ALONE OR UNATTENDED. If your dog is accustomed to going to kennels or doggy day care then I also offer a reduced rate for MULTI-FAMILY BOARDING in which your dog(s) could be with dogs from other homes, depending on your dogs’ temperament and disposition. I DO NOT MIX AGGRESSIVE DOGS TOGETHER. I know my regular clients very well and understand which dogs may or may not be a good fit for each other. If your dog likes being crated at night or when I leave the house , I do have crates. Just let me know your preference and if your dog has any anxiety or fears. Tell us how you like your dog cared for and we will make accommodations accordingly! I live in a quiet neighborhood so I can also take your dog for a stroll or an active walk (weather permitting). In the middle of summertime I am very careful so as not to overheat your pup! I am self employed and leave the house from time to time (real estate agent) so some days I’m home all day and other times I’m gone for about 2-4 hours.

Our 7-year-old American Bulldog has always been a challenge to find care for. Until now, the only person we trusted to watch him was my brother-in-law. Alison was so awesome! My dogs absolutely loved her and when I came home from my trip I could tell they really enjoyed their time with her while I was away. Alison was especially considerate with my senior dachshund who I was quite nervous to leave, but her separation anxiety was minimal thanks to all the love she got from Alison!
