I was recommended Evanette through our mutual nail tech who has animals and had positive things to say about Evanette. At our meet and greet she took the time to tell me about herself and my pup brought her his toy the moment she sat down. Which was a relief. Evanette did drop ins for my dog and was the emergency contact for me when I boarded my dog and all friends and family were out of town with me. We had a great experience with Evanette. Highly recommend her.
Melissa was great! She took such great care of my kitties and followed my instructions very well as not all of my girls get along. My one cat who barely lets my husband touch her came out every day and greeted Melissa at the door! She’s the cat whisperer in my eyes!
Tara was truly phenomenal! Watching a brand new kitten and adult cat who are still getting to know each other is not easy, but she was wonderful and did everything and more that I asked of her. She was clean, punctual, friendly, playful, and knew what she was doing with my fur babies! I would trust her again and again.

Knowing that she arrives every day to make sure my dog, Charlie, gets plenty of time outside while I’m at work gives me so much peace of mind. Charlie absolutely loves her, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about him. She goes above and beyond to make sure he’s happy, comfortable, and well cared for during every visit. I also really appreciate how mindful she is of my cat. She’s always careful to make sure he stays safely inside and never has the opportunity to slip out the door, which means a lot to me as a pet owner with multiple animals. I trust Theresa completely with both of my pets, and that’s not something I say lightly. Jenna did an amazing job taking care of our dog Tilly while we were away! We felt completely at ease knowing Tilly was in such good hands. Jenna took the time to learn Tilly’s nervous habits and even put on the TV for her comfort during the Fourth of July fireworks, which meant so much to us. She was super reliable, communicative, and sent the cutest photos of Tilly. We will 100% book with Jenna again!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
