Hello! I’m Elise and I’m a lifelong animal owner and a volunteer with Friends of Strays Animal Shelter. I’ve lived in St Pete for a year now and am looking for ways to meet more people and engage with the thing that brings me the most joy - animals. I’ve been volunteering with Friends of Strays since January doing animal care and helping with events and it’s been the most fulfilling experience. I love dogs and cats, but currently have a rescued 7 year old cat named Izzy. I’d love to meet you and your furry family members!

I am adaptable to whatever your animal needs. I’ve had animals with more complex needs, requiring close monitoring and tricky feeding schedules. I’ve had several elderly animals who have similar complex needs that frequently change. My main philosophy is comfort and love towards our furry friends, at any cost.

Elise is an amazing, attentive, and trustworthy pet sitter! Truly 10/10! She kept me updated and sent lots of photos throughout our trip. I was very nervous about leaving our two cats alone for the first time, especially our girl cat who is skittish about meeting new people. Elise was patient with her and even bought over toys to play with the cats. After a few days, they were practically best friends with her and her stepdaughter. I love that our cats love her and she will be our go-to pet sitter when we’re away.
I felt so comfortable leaving my cats & knowing they were being taken great care of. Great communication and I loved the pictures and updates. Would definitely book again!
