I've grown up with animals of all kinds since I was 5 and started dog and cat sitting when I was 11. I've had dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish, gerbils, goats and horses. I've cared for dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I'm proud to say that I've owned and/or cared for a wide variety of dogs (to name a few I'm most familiar with - Weimaraners, Boxers, Akitas, Corgis, Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, Dobermans, Greyhounds, German Shepherds, Bichon Frises, Golden Retrievers, French Bulldogs, Pugs & Labradors). I've owned and cared for several special needs pets that required close attention and administering medications and treatments, so you can rest assured that I'm capable of tending to any special requests. I absolutely love animals so I'd love to give yours all the extra TLC they need while you're away and take care of them as if they were my own.

Lauren was great overall. There was a bit of miscommunication at the beginning since it was our first time hiring her and we had just moved to the area. In the past, our sitters typically stay in the home full-time and only step out for errands here and there (usually 4–6 hours max). We prefer having someone present with the dogs as much as possible. Lauren was very accommodating once we communicated our expectations, and she did stay overnight, which was important to us. That said, the experience felt a bit closer to drop-in visits than full-time house sitting. That being said, she was incredibly kind with the dogs and made sure they were well taken care of—always keeping up with their food, water, and overall needs. She even put together an Easter egg hunt in the backyard for them, which was such a thoughtful touch. I know our boys can be a lot—they’re big, strong, and very clingy—so I truly appreciate Lauren staying with them, sleeping with them, and giving them all the love and cuddles.
Lauren is fantastic! We recently relocated to the area with three dogs and were a little nervous about finding someone new before our first vacation away. Lauren took the time to get to know our crew over a few weeks beforehand, which made her week-long stay a seamless transition for everyone. Our dogs are all different sizes and personalities, and she handled them beautifully — keeping them on their schedule and making them feel at ease. She sent daily updates and photos throughout the week, which was such a comfort. They absolutely adored her, which meant I could actually relax and enjoy our family vacation. We're so grateful to have found her!

I'm self employed and I have a very flexible schedule. You can rely on me to easily accommodate your pets every need while you're away.
