About: I had my dog from age 6-18 and I was her main caretaker. I taught her a lot of tricks, so I am familiar with a lot of common commands. She was so special to me, so I can ensure that I will always treat your pets with the most kindness and respect to honor that bond. I am currently going to college, but I have a lot of flexibility. It is summer so classes are not currently running, and I have more time to care for animals! While boarding, I have a fenced in yard as well as a nice neighborhood for walks. I'm from Florida so I love all kinds of wildlife and have a big appreciation for nature and love to be outdoors, love to take dogs on long walks and go to the beach with them. I DO NOT MIX AGGRESSIVE DOGS TOGETHER. I know my regular clients very well and understand which dogs may or may not be a good fit for each other. If your dog likes being crated at night or when we leave the house , I do have crates. Just let us know your preference and if your dog has any anxiety or fears. Tell us how you like your dog cared for and we will make accommodations accordingly! We live in a neighborhood with sidewalks so we can also take your dog for a stroll or an active walk (weather permitting). In the middle of summertime we are very careful so as not to overheat your pup! We also have a digital thermostat and solar so our air conditioning in the hot summertime is monitored and we love keeping the house cool for us and the pups!
About: I’ve owned cats my whole life. Have owned as many as 4 cats at once and recently lost my last two senior cats due to old age. Have experience with senior cats especially and daily medication needs/subcutaneous fluid administration (if necessary). But I do welcome cats of all ages and health levels.
