“Nicole is such a great sitter! I’ve had her house sit and also do drop in visits to check on my kitty and she is wonderful. Very reliable, friendly, tidy, and my kitty loves her. Absolutely recommend. Thanks Nicole!”

“Gail P. was excellent, going the extra effort for my kitties. Very good communication and sent photo daily. I was able to relax and know all was under control. I definitely recommend. Thanks!”

“As always, Lisa and Dylan exceeded expectations. They are prompt, thorough, caring and genuine. We are so thankful for their top-notch service for our fur baby.”

About: Animals have always been my heart. With vet tech training and years of hands-on experience, I bring both skill and genuine love to every pet I care for. Animals naturally feel at ease with me because I understand their needs, body language, and behavior. I will treat your fur babies like family. You will relax knowing they are safe, happy, and understood. I currently have two birds (parakeets) of my own, and I am very experienced with small bird and parrot care. If you need a pet sitter for your birds or exotics, please ask! I have plenty of time to care for your dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens. Please let me know what you are looking for and I will accommodate to my best ability. I also have experience with birds (small birds and parrots), so just ask! I am always respectful of the client's home. The pets are most comfortable in their own space and I follow all guidelines set by the pet parent. I will prepare and set their food out; I will take them outside for walks as needed. I spend time playing with them, grooming them, and any other care that is needed including medication.
“Iva was amazing with my boy Jack! She took wonderful care of him, even coming for an additional day last minute when travel plans got delayed. She treated him like one of her own and even left the house cleaner than I left it! I would highly recommend booking with Iva.”

“Niki is fantastic! Our kitty is normally very slow to warm up but with Niki, she was extremely comfortable due to Niki’s professionalism, personality and experience. Niki is reliable, punctual and provides you with videos to ease your mind which made us feel at ease (we were gone for 2 weeks). There are some folks who see this as a job and then there are gems like Niki who see this as a passion and truly care about your pet.”

About: Hi! I’m a dependable and caring pet sitter who truly loves animals and treats every pet as if they were my own. I understand how important it is to feel confident and at ease when leaving your pet in someone else’s care, and I take that responsibility seriously. I have a naturally gentle, calm energy that animals respond to. I cared for my senior Pomeranian, Ginger, through the later stages of her life, including administering medications and providing comfort, patience, and emotional presence. I’m attentive to subtle changes in behavior and needs, which is especially important for senior pets or those requiring extra care. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness always come first. 🐾 I am currently teaching a few yoga classes a week and currently have a lot of time to focus on building my pet sitting, so I am flexible with my time. I follow each pet’s routine closely to help them feel safe and at ease. I provide calm companionship, play, walks, and attentive care while respecting your home. I currently do not have pets, and I have a secure fenced backyard, allowing visiting pets a quiet, stress-free environment with space to relax and move safely.
“Eileen did a fantastic job of taking care of my babies. She sent me lots of pictures and kept me up to date on everything they were doing and they obviously loved her, by the way they immediately were ready to play with her. I highly recommend her.”

“This is my second time booking her for my two kitties and as always it has been an amazing experience! She treats them as her own and takes super cute pictures. Highly recommend!!!”

About: Vil has over 40 years of experience taking care of dogs and a variety of animals. She grew up on a farm taking care of dogs, cats, chickens, horses, goats, sheep, cows, rabbits and birds. She brings a wealth of experience and an abundance of love to her dog care services. Growing up surrounded by a variety of animals, she developed a deep, nurturing bond with the many dogs that her family would foster on the family farm. Vil has cared for multiple dogs at once and 1 dog at a time, each with unique personalities and needs. Her profound understanding of canine behavior, combined with her gentle, attentive nature, ensures every dog feels cherished and secure. Clients can trust Vil to provide a loving, safe environment where their pets will receive the same level of affection and care as they would at home. Hil has 10 years of experience with dog walking and dog sitting. She has worked with Vil for the past 3 years caring for their pup Sora (see picture). Hil & Vil work from home so they are available for frequent potty breaks, walks, pet care, refill water and food, administer medication as needed and all other pet needs. Pet care can vary depending on each individual pet's needs. We do have a 3 year old pup, Sora, who is very friendly and loving with humans and other dogs. The pup coming to be cared for would just need to get along with Sora and they would play well together. They have a big backyard to play in together, we play fetch a few times a day, go for walks, brushing as needed, cuddles and belly scratches are welcome. Sora can have a herding dog behavior so she will help your pup learn new skills, she is very smart and well trained.

“Janet took great care of my cats while I was on vacation. It was so nice to know they were in good hands so I could relax and enjoy my time. I will definitely be booking Janet again in the future.”
About: I’ve been taking care of pets for over a decade now, from dogs to cats, to hamsters and guinea pigs. I love to care for animals and see to their needs. I now help to take care of over 5 cats and 2 dogs. I have 1 personal cat and his little box’s never goes a day without being cleaned and his water gets refilled every hour. I am currently in online school and plan to graduate by may 2026, my schedule is very flexible as I can choose to do my school when I please. I would sadly not be able to have any dogs in my home but cats may be fine. Any special instructions you have for your pet I would be sure to follow. I’m very attentive and am good at respecting boundaries that your fur baby may put up.
“Tabatha is great. She’s got a great attitude and was genuinely excited about taking care of my cat. She clearly loves all animals and her detailed communication made me feel like my cat was the only animal in her life. The last pet sitter I found on Rover had zero personality and was a total dud. I’m glad I found Tabatha, because she is the exact opposite of that. I would highly recommend her to take care of your cat or dog, and look forward to working her again in the future.”

Bay Pines cat parents share their Rover experiences
Shaylin was excellent and took extremely great care our dogs and cat. She had a great routine and I could tell from the photos that our dogs were well cared for and were in good hands while we were on vacation. I would highly recommend her services and we plan to ask to watch our pets again this spring while on a family vacation.
