Hi! My name is Sophia. I have both professional and personal experience in caring for all types of animals. I have personally had dogs and cats since I was born. I have also had horses and many types of reptiles. I enjoy and am comfortable caring for dogs and cats of any size and breed. I have taken care of kittens and puppies, and well as animals in their older years. I have professional experience handling and working with reptiles and insects, so there's not a lot that can phase me. Safety is always the most important detail for me. I know I wouldn't hire someone I didn't trust to take care of my own pets, and that's why I always treat other peoples pets as my own. Each owner has their own safety precautions when it comes to their pets, and I am always willing to learn and adapt to the needs of each animal to make sure they are safe. When caring for an animal, they will never be unsupervised or let off leash outside. Extra caution is also taken when walking dogs. Ensuring the leash is on correctly and that the dog doesn't get close to other animals is always something I make sure to do. In the Florida heat, dogs can easily become uncomfortable. I will always make sure to walk dogs in the grass when pavement is hot and to bring along water just for them.

Every time that we are away, we receive regular updates, photos, and notes that give us complete peace of mind. It’s obvious she spends quality time with our cat, Frankie, and makes sure she feels comfortable, loved, and cared for. When we return home, everything is always spotless, and our cat is so happy, relaxed, and following her normal routines. It's such a relief to find someone we can trust completely with both our pets and our home. Sophia is amazing. We had quite a bit of instructions, and she zero trouble with that and completed them all. She get along with our cat very well, I thought our cat wouldn’t come out this whole time, but she did on the second visit. We were worried about our cat at first, but with Sophia, we were very relieved. She would sent us three photos and an overview of the visit every time after the visit.

Schedule
Pet sitting is my full time job. I have been using Rover for over 2 years now, and have been a pet sitter long before joining the site. My visiting schedule is 10:30 am until 3:30 pm. I am not available Wednesday or Sunday.
