“We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! From the moment we met, it was clear how much She genuinely care about animals. She took the time to learn our dog’s routine, personality, and little quirks, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Throughout the stay, we received regular updates, photos, and messages, which made it easy to relax knowing our dog was happy, safe, and well cared for. It was obvious our dog was getting plenty of attention, exercise, and love. When we returned, everything was just as we left it, and our dog was calm, content, and clearly well taken care of. It’s such a relief to find someone we trust completely with our pet. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and attentive dog sitter—and we will definitely be booking with them again!”

About: I have three rescued pets at home: an 8-year-old (reactive) lab mix, a super friendly 8-year-old cat, and a shy 4-year-old cat. This gives me a pretty good idea of how to handle different pet personalities! My pup needs some extra care and attention, which has taught me how to manage reactive behaviors and create safe spaces by reinforcing routines. I also know how to help shy pets feel comfortable and secure. What makes me stand out is my ability to cater to each pet’s unique needs, whether it’s using positive reinforcement for training or just providing a cozy, loving environment. I’m all about making sure your pets feel happy and relaxed while you’re away! I have plenty of time and flexibility to care for your pets! I have plenty of availability throughout the day for drop-ins or walks; just let me know what you need. When it comes to caring for pets, my top priorities are safety, trust, and keeping a calm environment. I stick to their routines—like feeding and walking schedules—and use their favorite toys to help them feel comfortable. Safety is super important, so I’m dedicated to creating a secure space for your pets. I really believe in getting to know each pet and understanding their unique needs and behaviors, which helps me anticipate any situations that might come up. Building trust is essential, so I take the time to make sure they feel relaxed and at ease with me. Overall, my goal is to provide loving and attentive care that keeps your pets happy while you’re away!

I'll read and reread any notes or instructions left for me, so I can care and keep you fur baby safe and sound. I'm great at keeping an eye on the house, locking up and hanging out with your pets for a good night's sleep. I don't drink and try to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
“I can’t say enough great things about Billie’s stay in our home with our pup Betsy! Betsy loves her. I enjoyed the daily photos, videos and updates. She went above and beyond in taking care of our home and our Betsy for 2 weeks. I’d highly recommend Billie and will be booking her again in the future,”

About: We both grew up with dogs and have always loved having them around. We’re an active couple who genuinely enjoys walking and taking care of pups—we treat every dog like they’re part of the family. We don’t have one of our own just yet, but we definitely plan to once we’ve got the right space. In the meantime, we love spending time with dogs of all ages, from high-energy puppies to mellow seniors. We’re experienced, caring, and always make sure each dog feels safe, loved, and well looked after. Pet care fits easily into our routine! I work fully remote from home, and Sam is a teacher with summers off. Our flexible schedules mean one or both of us is almost always available to give your pup the attention and care they deserve. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays, we’re reliable and happy to accommodate your pet’s needs. Whether we’re in your home or ours, your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are our top priorities. We follow all your care instructions closely and make sure they feel secure and loved. During walks or sitting, we stay attentive, keep pets on leash in safe, familiar areas, and always meet them at their energy and comfort level. Building trust with your pet—and with you—is at the core of how we care for every animal.
“Amazing overnight dogsitter! Our dog normally is a really picky eater, but Emma managed this obstacle without any issues. She also administered her daily medication with no issues. We’ll continue to book her!”

“Hannah was wonderful! We contacted her on Christmas Eve last minute and she saved us by dog sitting. She did an awesome job with our dog and he liked her a lot. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for help.”

About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life and truly enjoy caring for them. Whether it’s playing with an energetic puppy, taking a high-energy dog for a run, or going for a slow, gentle walk with a senior dog, I always adapt to their needs. I feel fortunate to be on Rover, as my flexible hybrid job allows me to dedicate quality time to each pet. My goal is to make every pup feel happy, loved, and completely at ease. Pet care fits into my routine by allowing flexibility around my remote work schedule. On the days I work remotely, I can easily accommodate midday check-ins, walks, or runs for dogs. On weekends, I’m fully available for longer walks, playtime, or extended check-ins, ensuring pets get the attention and exercise they need. As a dog walker and provider of at-home check-ins, I ensure that dogs get regular exercise, bathroom breaks, and playtime according to their individual needs. During check-ins, I make sure they have fresh water, a clean living space, and monitor their well-being. I also send updates to their owners to keep them informed and reassured.
About: I have 3 dogs of my own at home - small, medium and large. An aloof golden retriever, a rescue from the streets of Mexico, and a dog in heart failure - requiring medication 3 times a day. I am experienced with all types of dogs, and regularly attend dog training and pack walks with our dog trainer on the weekend. I currently work remote, so I am able to work from your home, as needed, to look after your pets closely and carefully. I can make sure they get proper bathroom breaks, walks, and structure that is needed! I am comfortable working within the boundaries you have established for your pets. Whether you like to keep your pets crated at night or not, I can accommodate what you'd like!
“Suzanne was extremely caring and gentle with my sensitive doodle Romeo. She brushed him as he sat next to her and he loved it. It looked like he had been to the salon when I got home! Thank you, Suzanne!”

About: I have lifelong experience caring for a wide range of animals. I have also ridden horses and volunteered in their care, including grooming, bathing, and general handling. I once found and rehabilitated butterflies from chrysalises and cared for them until they emerged and were safely released, which reflects my gentle and attentive approach to animal care. I had my childhood dog, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Whoopi, who was my heart dog and companion for many years. I currently care for an American Bully named Bailey, who has taught me patience, consistency, and understanding of individual animal personalities. I also have 2 years of experience as a veterinary assistant, where I gained hands-on clinical skills including anesthesia monitoring, surgical preparation, animal restraint and handling, medication administration, and anal gland expression. I am currently enrolled in veterinary technician school to continue building on this foundation. Animals are my lifelong passion, and I approach every pet with patience, respect, and genuine care, focusing on their comfort, safety, and emotional well-being. Right now, I have a very open and flexible schedule and am fully available throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, daytime visits, and overnight stays in clients’ homes. I’m able to accommodate a variety of schedules and can adjust visits as needed to fit each client’s routine. I provide care in the client’s home, focusing on keeping pets comfortable in their familiar environment and maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I follow all instructions for feeding, walks, medication, and special care needs. With my veterinary assistant experience, I am attentive to changes in behavior or health and confident handling a variety of animals safely. I prioritize cleanliness, safety, and consistency so pets feel secure and well cared for while their owners are away.
About: I have taken care of my pups for 6 years and ensure that I know their allergies. I play with them and stimulate their minds so they can not be so hyperactive. I’m currently working as a children’s tutor part time and I love caring for dogs and cats! I’ll give them more attention than they need. I ensure my pets have food and water and watch out what they can pick up from the ground that can be dangerous for their health. I’ve given my pups medicine through treats easily too.

Roxanne and Eduardo take such good care of our older golden! We have used them several times and highly recommend them. We were particularly thankful for the good care this weekend as we were away at our son‘s wedding. It was so nice to have a reliable pet sitter!

We couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter than Sylvia! She took amazing care of our 6-month-old mini Dachshund, Bodhi, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Sylvia kept us updated every day with messages, pictures, and videos, which made it so easy to see how much fun Bodhi was having with her. It was clear from every update that Bodhi was happy, comfortable, and receiving lots of love and attention. When we arrived home Bodhi was relaxed, happy, and clearly had the best time with Sylvia. We feel so lucky to have found such an awesome pet sitter. Sylvia treated Bodhi like one of her own, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. We highly recommend Sylvia to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, loving, and dependable to care for their furry family member! Thank you for taking such great care of our little Bodhi. 😀

Emma did really well with our pups. This was our first booking with her and things went very smoothly. Communication was great, and the puppy pictures were much appreciated. She was also very accommodating with schedule on short notice. We will happily rebook her for any future dog-sitting needs.

Hannah is amazing! She’s super communicative and sent multiple daily updates. She showed so much attention and care to our chihuahua puppy-even taking him to a family event of hers so our puppy wasn’t ever alone. When our flight home was delayed, she took extra effort to make sure we were on the flight home before she left. I’d hire her again in a heart beat.

Valerie is AMAZING! She provided great care for our sweet pup while we were out of town. So much so that we’ve already booked her again twice! She stayed in our home and took great care of the house, too. She sent lots of photos of our pup and our dog was so happy when we got home. Highly recommend!

Otis had a great time with Melissa! She was punctual, friendly, and had excellent communication both before and during her stay. She even sent photo updates throughout the day, which I really appreciated. Otis was instantly comfortable with her - always a great sign as a pet parent. Since this was my first time using Rover, we did a video call beforehand, and I really appreciated how thorough she was in asking about Otis’s needs, behavior, favorite toys, and what to watch for while he’s recovering from an eye injury to ensure he was doing well.

Camden is absolutely terrific and I can not express enough thanks for the phenomenal care she provided while I was away. She house sat at my place for 9 days with Rowan while I was on a cruise. This was my first time I had been away that long so was nervous and not only that but Rowan had come down with pancreatitis the week I was leaving but was a few days on his medication and was almost fully better. Two days into my trip; however, Rowan’s health turned downward out of nowhere and he got extremely sick. He went from eating, drinking, being his playful normal self to not even wanting to move. Camden coordinated with Rowan’s primary vet as well as myself to provide him the urgent care he needed to get him better. She went above and beyond and I am so thankful to her. Camden is without a doubt who you want to take care of your animal and who will provide them with the same level of care and love as you would. I have the utmost trust in her abilities. Thank you, Camden!!!! Rowan misses you already.
