I've shared my life with animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with German Shepherds and currently have a senior Husky named Aurora, so I've experienced everything from raising high-energy working dogs to caring for an older dog with changing needs. Those experiences have taught me that no two animals are alike. One of the things I love most about caring for pets is getting to know their individual personalities. Some dogs want to spend every minute playing fetch, while others are happiest taking a slow walk and taking in the world around them. Some cats will curl up beside you immediately, while others prefer to earn your trust on their own terms. I believe great pet care starts with understanding and respecting each animal for who they are rather than expecting them all to be the same. When I'm caring for your pet, my goal isn't just to make sure they're fed and exercised—it's to make sure they feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely cared for while you're away. I pay attention to their routines, quirks, preferences, and body language so I can provide care that feels familiar and stress-free for them. As a pet owner myself, I understand the trust it takes to leave a beloved animal in someone else's care. Aurora has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and adapting to a pet's unique needs, especially as they get older. Whether I'm caring for an energetic puppy, a large-breed dog, a senior pet, or a cat that needs a little extra patience, I approach every animal with the same respect, attentiveness, and affection I would want for my own. I also offer overnight house sitting and understand that caring for a home is part of caring for a pet. I'm happy to help with small household tasks such as bringing in mail, watering plants, taking out trash bins, and keeping an eye on things while you're away so you can travel with greater peace of mind. One of the biggest things I've learned from growing up with German Shepherds and caring for my senior Husky, Aurora, is that every animal has their own personality, preferences, and way of communicating. Some pets are immediately social and affectionate, while others take time to build trust. Some thrive on activity and adventure, while others prefer a calm routine and familiar surroundings. When caring for your pet, I take the time to understand what makes them comfortable rather than treating every animal the same way. I pay attention to their body language, habits, energy level, and individual needs so I can provide care that feels familiar, safe, and stress-free. Whether I'm walking your dog, stopping by for a visit, caring for your cat, or house sitting while you're away, my goal is to provide a calm, dependable presence and maintain the routine your pet knows and trusts. For walks, I prioritize safety, use secure leashing practices, stay aware of my surroundings, and adjust the pace and activity level to fit each dog's age, energy level, and comfort. I understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust. I treat every home with the same respect and care I would expect for my own. During house sitting visits, I'm also happy to help with small household tasks such as bringing in mail, watering plants, and keeping an eye on things while you're away. I believe great pet care is built on patience, consistency, communication, and earning an animal's trust. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel comfortable, confident, and cared for from the moment we meet.

Schedule
I work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to provide dependable care throughout the day. I'm available for morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight visits, and I make it a priority to be responsive, reliable, and attentive to each pet's individual needs. For house sitting, I spend quality time with pets and do my best to maintain their normal routine and environment. I understand that consistency is important, and I strive to provide attentive care and regular updates so owners can enjoy peace of mind while they're away.
