Hong was great! I had a last minute booking request and I have never used her before so I was a bit nervous. She also doesn’t speak English so I wasn’t sure if it’ll go well. However, she used a Translation app and communication was not a problem at all. She made sure I was always up to date with how Roux was doing and made me feel so comfortable. Julia was absolutely amazing for our trip! She provided excellent care for our pup , provided regular updates and pictures, and made sure our home was also looked after during our trip. She was always super responsive and kept me informed about any updates or questions. I looked forward to getting each of her pictures and updates. Not only did she take such good care of our pup but she also took excellent care of our home. Everything was clean and tidy Upon Our return. She even washed her sheets and towels and even remade the bed! She also wrote us a sweet note and d an awesome pic of our pup!
