I currently work from home and I am flexible with time and don’t have to be away for long. I have a 11 lb Terrier mix, Poppie that is sweet and submissive but loves to play. She is usually with me. If your pet needs socialization she is eager to help. Cats included. She loves cats. She usually accompanies me. Also, I like for all my critters to sleep with me. Including yours. This is the 3rd time Jen and Scott have house/dog sat for us and they continue to be the best sitters we’ve ever had. They are reliable, communicative, and tidy, and always leave our house in pristine shape. Most importantly though is the love and care they show our big goldendoodle Bromley. I think at this point he likes them more than us! They take him on wonderful adventures, big walks, and fun outings and clearly give him so much love and attention. I also really love that Jen and Scott send a short daily update with pictures of what they did that day with Bromley; it’s so wonderful to see all the fun he’s having with them while we’re gone. Truly couldn’t recommend Jen and Scott enough!
I hired Anita to care for my dog, Finney, in my home while I was away for a few days last weekend, and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. A week before my trip, Anita took the time to stop by and meet with me to go over Finney's routine and make sure everyone was comfortable. This thoughtful gesture immediately put my mind at ease. On the day of my departure, she arrived right on time and was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire stay. While I was away, Anita regularly sent photos and videos of Finney, which meant so much to me. Being away from your pet is never easy, but seeing how happy, comfortable, and well cared for he was made my trip far less stressful. It was clear that she treated him with genuine care and affection. Knowing that Finney was in such capable hands gave me complete peace of mind. If you're looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, communicative, and truly caring to look after your dog, I highly recommend Anita. I would not hesitate to use her services again in the future.
This was our first experience using Rover, and Jordan was so wonderful to work with! Our girl, Teddi, unexpectedly needed dental surgery shortly before we traveled from Denver to Newport Beach for my brother’s wedding, and I ended up driving her with me so I could continue caring for her while she healed. It was also Teddi’s first vacation staying in a hotel, and we weren’t sure how she would do in the room without us. Since the hotel had us agree not to leave dogs unattended, we didn’t want to chance it and found ourselves looking for help pretty last minute. Needless to say, we were in a bit of a stressed state with all of this going on, especially during a wedding weekend! Jordan was so communicative, flexible, and helpful in figuring out a plan that worked for us. Teddi stayed with her during our evening events while we were still able to handle her morning care ourselves, and Jordan even brought her back to our hotel after the wedding! We felt completely comfortable with Teddi in her care, including keeping up with her nighttime meds, which really allowed us to relax and actually be present for such a special weekend. It was such a blessing that Jordan was available, and it’s clear she has a heart for dogs. We’re so grateful we found her & will absolutely call her the next time we’re visiting Newport with Teddi!
