About: I have decades of hands-on experience in caring for dogs and cats, including fostering pets for a local animal shelter in the San Francisco Bay Area. In March 2026, I relocated to Irvine for a job with UC Irvine. I have worked with animals of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, including seniors, puppies, and pets that require extra patience or structure. Additionally, I am certified in Pet CPR, so safety and preparedness are always my top priorities. I particularly enjoy caring for large dogs, such as German Shepherds and Rottweilers, and I am comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and energy levels. I work full time at UC Irvine, but I have a pretty flexible schedule. I moved to Orange County in March 2026 and am still getting settled in Irvine, so I spend most of my time close to home when I’m not working. Pet care fits easily into my routine. I have time during the week and on weekends for walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, and just keeping pets company. I’ve always loved animals, and since I don’t have a big social circle here yet, I genuinely have the time and attention to give. My home in Long Beach is very small, so it is not a good fit for boarding pets. I am happy to stay in your home instead, where your animals can remain in their own familiar space and routine. Tuesday through Friday, I am usually at UC Irvine during regular business hours. Depending on your comfort level and your dog’s training, I may be able to bring your dog with me. I can also return during the day for walks, feeding, check-ins, medication, or just to spend time with your pet. I want pet owners to feel fully comfortable with whatever arrangement we make. I will follow your instructions closely and respect your home, your pet’s routine, and your comfort level.

I have a startup that allows me to set my own schedule and work from home. Because of that, I am in a great position to watch your pet and give them the loving care they need, especially on weekdays! Safety and trust are my top priorities. At my home, I have a dog friendly living area designed to make your dog feel right at home with plenty of toys and dog beds. I can also provide a quiet crate or puppy play pen if needed. My dog is super friendly, but I still do my best to introduce our animals and make sure both are happy and comfortable together. While it is an apartment, I have access to a wonderful dog park and great local walking trails to get your pet the exercise they need. When in your home, I follow your instructions carefully, maintain your pet's routine, and give them lots of love and attention so they feel safe and comfortable.

About: I have lived with animals as far back as I can remember. I started off caring for litters of kittens at around 7 years old, doing my best to help my mom's cat breeding business. When I got a little older, I begged my mom for a puppy. I always loved both cats and dogs and the incessant begging was actually how we got Charlie (my childhood dog). I love animals so much. I love meeting new animals and seeing them start to trust me more allowing their personality to shine. My love for animals led me to pursuing an occupation where dogs were kinda my coworkers haha. I was working for a Doggie Daycare in Gardena, CA. It was so fun and I learned so much about dogs being surrounded by so many different breeds everyday. I even learned some training and proper conduct for nervous doggies. We had so many fun sports/activities planned for the dogs everyday, and if it wasn't so far from my house, I would still be working there. I want to take my love for cats and dogs and help people in my neighborhood. I have a ton of experience with animals and l really love playing and caring for pets of any size or breed. <3 Looking forward to meeting your furry buddy. :) My current availability is open, just moved back to the Irvine area about two weeks ago and have not yet fully established myself back yet. Job hunting in the next month or so. I can't currently watch your dog at my residence, as it is prohibited to have animals where I am right now. I am very careful to keep dogs on a short lead until I know there is no threat to their safety. I am also a certified lifeguard if you live in an area with water nearby. I have experience with animal fights and breaking up tension.
