Our Capri has health challenges and requires medicine throughout the day as well as help with feeding and mobility since she has a hard time seeing with cataracts. They were wonderful from drop-off to pick-up and gave Capri lots of reassurance and cuddle time. We would highly recommend using them as sitters for your fur babies. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jingying was absolutely wonderful during her overnight stay with my fur babies, and I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. From the moment we first met, she & her husband, Alex, were warm, professional, and genuinely caring. It was obvious that they truly love animals and goes above and beyond to make them feel safe and comfortable. One of my girls, Amber, gets stressed whenever I'm away and often refuses to eat. Jingying patiently hand-fed her to make sure she was eating, which meant the world to me. My other girl, Daphne, is naturally shy and tends to hide from new people. Instead of giving up, Jingying was incredibly patient and persistent, allowing Daphne to warm up at her own pace. By the last few days, Daphne was coming out and becoming much more comfortable with her. That level of compassion and understanding is something you simply can't teach. Throughout her stay, Jingying sent thoughtful updates and photos, giving me complete peace of mind while I was away. She carefully followed their routines, treated my home with great respect, and showered my fur babies with so much love and attention. I came home to a clean house and two happy girls, which was the best welcome home I could have asked for. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, compassionate, patient, and truly treats your pets like family, I wholeheartedly recommend Jingying. Sabha was a total professional. The communication was strong from the start. Communicated expectations garnered responsiveness and results. He house sat for us for four days. When we had to extend due to a change in plans, he accommodated. When we returned home, the kitchen had been cleaned and the house had been vacuumed. It was cleaner than when we left. Christine was an outstanding dog sitter. He is responsible, reliable, and clearly loves animals. Our dogs were happy, well cared for, and comfortable while we were away. She kept us updated with lots of photos, which meant so much to us because we missed our dogs very much. We also came home to a house that was in excellent condition—everything was clean, organized, and exactly as we left it.
