“If I could give Irene more than 5 stars, I would! She is hands down the best dog sitter we’ve ever had. From the moment she met our pup, we knew she was something special. She’s kind, attentive, responsible, and truly treats our dog like her own. We got regular updates, adorable photos, and could tell our Gigi was happy, relaxed, and so well cared for. It’s not easy to leave your pet with someone, but with her, we had complete peace of mind.”

“Jennie (and Bennie) are the best - see my last review! Jennie worked miracles with our shyest cat. I never thought I’d see him happily come out and meet strangers, and Jennie has patiently socialized him, to the point he happily greets her! Thank you, as always!”

“Jessica did a fantastic job and I would love to have her watch my pup again. She was great at communication, flexible, and most importantly my dog was happy when I came home 💕”

“We’ve used Katie a few times now to watch our pup and we can’t say enough good things. She’s attentive, kind, a great communicator, and responsible. We are so happy we found Katie and can go on trips knowing our sweet girl is in good hands. Katie helps administer meds to our pup and is very intuitive with knowing what our dog needs. Thank you Katie for taking the best care of our girl!”

“Robert is so very amenable. He was so helpful in a pinch and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He is a great fit. My pup and cat loved him. He was right on schedule with all their needs and got them up and moving and staying healthy!”

“You can tell instantly that Kimberly is a dog lover the moment you meet her. When she met Jordan for the first time, she was very calm and caring. Jordan was very quick to warm up to Kimberly right away. We knew Jordan was in good hands. Kimberly was very personable and friendly. We felt extremely comfortable with her and will definitely call her again!”

“Oelun is so kind and responsive! She’s taken amazing care of both of our dogs and has been incredible to correspond with. Our dogs look so happy and photogenic when she cares for them 🥹”

“Julia did a wonderful job watching our little Finn. He is only 4 months old and requires quite a bit of attention and she was great with keeping us updating on how he was doing while we were away. She communicated with us and was willing to come to a meet and greet prior to her stay with our puppy to learn a bit about his routine and tendencies, etc. We will certainly be contacting Julia in the future to watch Finn!”

“Kelsey was great w our two Bernedoodles while we took a trip. She stayed at the house and worked there so she wouldn't have to leave them alone. They loved her and we had nothing to worry about. She communicated with us well and walked them several times a day through the park. We would definitely recommend her taking care of your pets too.”

“Felicia was a fabulous Rover for our pet sitting situation, she worked with our fluid schedule throughout our stay, she'd sent pictures throughout the days and our Dog-ters Honeybear and Missy Mae took to her loving caring personality. You know immediately the energy and good vibe of a person, we felt that with Felicia.”

“Ariana was great! Our pup, Mila can be a little bit nervous around new folks, especially when we aren’t around. After telling Ariana about Mila’s nervousness, Ariana got on the floor and began establishing trust with Mila. It was amazing to see how instantly Mila took to her. (Mila never warms up that quickly!). Ariana also knew when to give Mila space and when to help her out of her shell with treats. Our cat, Keira took no time to start marking Ariana and asking for whisker scratches. Throughout the evening, we got status updates and photos of our fur babies. They both had such a great time with Ariana. It’s clear that Ariana is a true pet-person and can work with even the most shy and nervous one. Ariana just left and we’ve already booked her for another stay!”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, cats, dogs, reptiles, and they have lived happy, healthy lives with me. When I was 15, my first job was training young German Shepherds, most of my responsibilities were giving long walks, behavior management, clicker training, teaching/giving commands, and sometimes using prong collars. I really enjoy caring for animals by helping them feel comfortable and safe. Making sure they get what they need and lots of love is super important to me, and I always try to give my best to every pet I care for. I also see the importance of knowing and understanding that no pets are the same. I love seeing every different personality, serious, awkward, energetic, more lazy, cuddly, I love it all. My passion is to see all pets thriving and loving life, and I’d love to be apart of helping that for your furry friends! Currently, I am unemployed searching for jobs around me, and just enjoying my free time. My days are 100% open for anything you may need! At home I have a good sized patio that is completely fenced and gated off, and I have a small friendly chihuahua but he can bark at times. For walks I will provide a long and fulfilling service. Playtime I will make sure to include all of your pets favorite toys and treats! I always want to make sure your pet is completely comfortable with what we are doing, if there are any signs of anxiety or aggression then we will find something else or more laid back to do. 😊

“Holly came bright and early to take care of our little girl Luna. Holly has an excellent touch with dogs and assured us that Luna was going to have a great time while we were away for the morning. Thank you Holly for taking great care of Luna and making sure her needs were met. We will definitely book again soon!”

“She is super nice, communicated well with us, and sent pictures to us while we were away. While it was only for a single day stay, it was nice to know he was in good hands.”

About: Hello! My name is Trena. I have a 3 year old rescue pup, Barley, with my fiancé. We’re a dog-loving household through and through, and caring for pups is truly one of the biggest joys in my life. Dogs have been a part of my life for over 20 years—they’ve always felt like family to me. I treat my own dog like my child: she’s enrolled in enrichment and agility classes, and I make time every day to bond, play, and train with her. She goes almost everywhere with me, and her happiness and well-being are always my top priority. I bring that same level of care, patience, and attention to every dog I sit. Whether your pup needs high-energy playtime, gentle companionship, or a consistent routine while you’re away, I tailor my approach to fit their unique needs. I have experience with dogs of all ages and temperaments—from playful puppies to senior snugglers—and I’m always happy to follow your preferences and care instructions closely. Your pup will be treated like family—because that’s exactly what they are to me. Caring for dogs is part of my everyday routine! I work from home and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give your pup plenty of attention—whether that’s extra potty breaks, enrichment toys, or supervised playtime. I keep my calendar up to date, but I’m always happy to chat and adjust based on what works best for you and your dog. I can offer loving environment with plenty of snuggles (if allowed), supervised play, and outdoor breaks. We are so fortunate to live in a dog-friendly community with walking trails and parks, so there are lots of opportunities for safe exploration and exercise. I’m happy to accommodate dogs with special needs and can administer oral medications or follow specific care routines as needed. I always take the time to get to know each dog’s personality, energy level, and preferences to make them feel as comfortable and loved as possible while you're away.

“Lauren was amazing and took amazing care of all of my animals. Definitely felt safe and comfortable with her. She went above and beyond. Will definitely rebook!”

About: I have beet pet sitting since I was 19. Started off helping out family and friends to then the neighbors and people around my area. I have just recently joined Rover now that I moved to Irvine. Trying to establish a network and serve my community! I love pets especially dogs, of all kinds and sizes. I am super flexibly and thorough. Please don’t be afraid to reach out! Pet care and pet sitting fits naturally into my routine! I plan my day around walks, feeding, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe and loved. I am a very concerned and thorough pet parent. With two boys (dogs) of my own, I am constantly concerned with their well being. Affection, exercise and nutrition are the cornerstones of my care!

“This was our first time using Rover and Briana and Jared, and let me tell you it was a great experience. We have never left our dog with people other than friends or friends of friends so we were nervous, but that was relieved after meeting Briana and Jared who are both animal lovers. Briana works at a vet hospital so that was a relieve right there. They sent us multiple updates and pictures on how well they treating and spoiling our Olive. They took her on multiple walks, a hike, gave her homemade treats, lots of cuddles and playtime. It was an amazing first experience and we definitely will use Briana again if she wants us. Thank you!”

About: I have cared for for a couple friends' pets, including many dogs. I enjoy taking them on walks, playing with tug toys, and being able to keep them company when they just want to be around a kind human! I am available currently Sunday-Saturday from 10am-10pm. This is currently subject to slight change once I start school, but I am willing to be flexible depending on the request. I am unable to keep cats in my home due to my senior cat getting easily stressed around other animals. As for dogs, I have a walled backyard I am willing to keep them in, though similarly I am unable to keep them inside sadly. Regardless, I strive to create a clean, pet-safe environment that keeps pets content and pet owners happy. I take the trust given to me very seriously and strive to be as transparent and communicative as possible.

About: I grew up with animals my whole life and have been a pet sitting for friends and family since. As a therapist and school counselor, I love to nurture and be a caretaker. Unfortunately my partner is allergic, so I’m hoping to find a way to still love animals without being able to have one of my own. I’m free early mornings before work, lunch breaks, and in the early afternoon - during the school year. However in summer I am much more flexible. I will love your pet as you would. As a counselor at a school, parents trust that we will look after theirs like they would. I will do the same. I follow directions, am very responsible, and aim to love your fur child as you would : )

Trena & Leo C.
“Trena grew up with many dogs, and I was always so impressed by how well trained they all are. On the occasions when I need to go out of town, and Trena is always my go to when I needed help watching my dog. My dog is a senior pup, so her schedule is strict, and her body is fragile. I barely trust anyone with my dog, but I'd trust Trena with her any day any time. I know she'd take care of her as well as I would. Trena is patient and kind, and she's the type of person who cries when she watches dog shelter videos so trust me when I say she's going to take good care of your pet.”

Kelsey takes such great care of Luna when we are out of town! You can tell she treats Luna like family and she provides great updates! When Luna needs extra care on walks, or has medications to juggle, Kelsey handles it with ease & consistency.

Angela was ery reliable with communication and kept us in touch with our two aging dogs sending photos and updates and kept our house up in great shape!

Tanya is the only sitter we trust for extended stays! She took excellent care of our pup for two weeks, working with her makes all of our travel so much easier!

Angelica was absolutely amazing! She took care of my two dogs and two cats over the weekend and went above and beyond. She sent regular photo updates, which gave me peace of mind, and even handled an unexpected situation by following all emergency protocols perfectly. I felt completely confident leaving my pets in her care. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and caring sitter!

Hammad took such wonderful care of our two big dogs while we were away; he spent lots of time, followed all their care instructions, and sent pictures and videos. He would reply promptly when we would check in. It was so nice to have such a trusting person looking after our girls. Highly highly recommend!

Holly came bright and early to take care of our little girl Luna. Holly has an excellent touch with dogs and assured us that Luna was going to have a great time while we were away for the morning. Thank you Holly for taking great care of Luna and making sure her needs were met. We will definitely book again soon!

Jessica is a great pet sitter. My animals immediately warmed up to her. She is very reliable and sent me pictures each day. I would highly recommend her.

Chloe was wonderful with our dog. She house sat for 3 days and looked after Zoe, our cattle dog. Chloe looked after our house and everything was immaculate when we got home. Zoe was so happy with her "sleepover " and tried to follow Chloe when she left. Chloe took her for a walk in the morning and in the afternoon. This was the most spry we have seen Zoe in a while. I would highly recommend Chloe. We have every confidence in Chloe and we are relieved to have someone so reliable when we were go out of the country for 3 weeks next month. We can rest easy knowing Chloe will be looking after Zoe.

Faithlynn house sits for our 2 dogs and 2 cats and they love her! We receive lots of updates and pictures of our animals and know they are in good hands while we are away.

I had such a great experience with Jessica as a dog sitter for my dog, Tuffy! She followed all of the care instructions, including wiping Tuffy's eyes, administering medication, and keeping to her specific feeding and walking schedule. I really appreciated how accommodating she was to Tuffy’s routine and her needs. Her communication was excellent — she was very responsive and asked thoughtful questions to ensure she was caring for Tuffy in the best way possible. Jessica kept me updated frequently with pictures and messages, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Tuffy looked happy, relaxed, and well taken care of when I returned — it was clear she was in good hands and liked Jessica very much. She was also incredibly trustworthy and respectful. I appreciated that she asked for permission in advance if she needed to be out for a certain period of time. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. I would absolutely book her again!

Kiana was a great sitter and we could tell she genuinely cared about the wellbeing of our dogs. Her communication was great and we look forward to her help again in the future. Thanks Kiana!
Oelun is so kind and responsive! She’s taken amazing care of both of our dogs and has been incredible to correspond with. Our dogs look so happy and photogenic when she cares for them 🥹

Kassie watched my pup King for three nights while I was away on a work trip, and I couldn't be more grateful for her care. She was communicative throughout, sending regular updates and sweet photos that put me at ease. King was dealing with some stomach issues at the time, which required a bit of extra TLC, and Kassie handled it all with diligence and care. She was receptive to all the notes and guidance I provided and was prompt in asking thoughtful questions whenever she wasn’t sure about something. King seemed to really like her energy and trust her, which says a lot. I’d be happy to book Kassie again for both short- and long-term care!

Felicia was a fabulous Rover for our pet sitting situation, she worked with our fluid schedule throughout our stay, she'd sent pictures throughout the days and our Dog-ters Honeybear and Missy Mae took to her loving caring personality. You know immediately the energy and good vibe of a person, we felt that with Felicia.

Robert went above and beyond! He updated us with videos our entire trip and made sure our animals were comfortable. He took great care of my two Pomeranian, high energy puppies. Highly recommend!

Lauren has been sitting for us for a few months now, and our pups LOVE her! We have a 16 y/o Schnoodle with Heart Disease (along with a laundry list of healthy issues) and a 4 y/o Aussie Doodle. Lauren's vet med background and patience with the pups (especially our Senior pup) have given us so much peace of mind knowing they are with someone who genuinely cares and has the medical knowledge to keep an eye out for anything that seems out of the ordinary. She house-sat for us for about a week and was very respectful of our space, keeping it clean and tidy. We are so fortunate to have found Lauren and highly recommend her for all the services she provides!

My dog Sophie is a very particular animal with special requests and needs. Maryam took such great care of her and my dog did so well while I was gone. I didn’t have any worry at all and was able to enjoy my work trip. Thanks again Maryam. Sophie will definitely see you again!

Marketta watched our 80lb Lab for the first time and we are impressed with her. She is very calm and handles pet routine really well. She had the lab at our house and she maintained the house well (no issues) and kept it clean We will use her again and recommend her highly !

Tania is an obsolete wonderful dog sitter. My 5 dogs just love her. Everything was perfect after our 5 day out of town wedding. Thank you Tania!

Kimberly was so great with my two big dogs. During the meet and greet my dogs already warmed up to her. While I was gone, she kept me updated and sent me photos. She stayed at the house majority of the time and kept the place clean. She will follow instructions and it seemed like my dogs had a good time with her. I would definitely use her again!
