We were admittedly nervous about how Miko would react to being left with people she didn’t know, but as soon as Dylan (Kaylee’s husband) opened the door, she bounded into their townhouse and would have run up the stairs if she wasn’t on a leash. All of our anxiety melted away at that moment, knowing that Miko was immediately comfortable in her “vacation home”. Kaylee sent pictures and messages every day and seeing Miko so engaged and happy made our vacation even better.
