They sent us lots of photos while we were away, and are super helpful with coordinating dropoffs and pickups around the complexities of travel.”

“Thavery was really great taking care of our Teddy over the weekend. We did a meet and greet to ensure our dogs were good with each other and to also meet with Thavery as well. She was understanding of our separation anxiety with our 3rd baby, and she made us feel at ease knowing she would take good care of our Teddy. Since she is a dog owner as well, she knows how much love we give and receive from our fur babies, and how they really are our family. She kept us updated several times per day with pictures and videos, and that was wonderful to see. “Li and Di were awesome caring for Enzo and Waffle. We had another caregiver scheduled.... but the guy went MIA the day before our trip (speaking of stress level...). So I reached out to Li/Di last minute and they responded to me so quickly and agreed to care for our dogs. Their place is really clean and big. They also have a big yard. As soon as I walked into their place while handing over our dogs, I know they would be in good hands. Li/Di are so friendly and their kids love our dogs. Dogs came back to us healthy, happy and clean. I would highly recommend Li and Di and will have no problem booking them again for our next trip.”
