We had issues finding someone who could accommodate boarding our dog last-minute on a holiday, but Wen made the process easy. Nori was having some stomach issues before we left, so she sent us multiple videos during walks since we were concerned. Wen even went above and beyond and washed her favorite stuffy and bandana. Would recommend and definitely book again!”

“Joanna has a great set up which was perfect for my senior guy. She is also very responsible, professional and she put my mind at ease when we did our meet and greet. My guy enjoyed exploring her house and settled right in during our visit and almost fell asleep on the comforter she had set up. Her home is beautiful and clean which is not always the case with other pet sitters. She kept me updated on his eating and potty habits and sent me very cute photos of his stay. Della needed to be taken out frequently and Nicole made sure Della got her potty breaks. Aaron gave extra attention to make sure Della got good night sleep. I was at ease during my 2 week vacation and didn't have to worry at all. I knew Della was being looked after well. I will definitely be reaching out to them for another boarding.”

Tina was great with our senior Shiba Inu, Yoshi. We booked her on short notice and she was able to accommodate a meet and greet before the trip. She was great at communication, following care instructions (including feeding and medications), and provided frequent updates with photos to give us peace of mind while we were away. We would be happy to book Tina again for doggy boarding!
Can’t thank Elaine and family enough for watching Pan! My dog is so attached to me so wasn’t sure how she would be with a new sitter but I was reassured immediately with all the photos and videos that she was in such good care. I also liked that Pan could make a new doggy friend with Ollie around. We would love to send Pan over again for our next vacation.
Kaylee and her husband Dylan took amazing care of my dog for a week while I was out of town, and was extremely accommodating of a last minute booking. She took note of little details and sent frequent updates. My dog Biscotti clearly warmed to them very quickly, and she got lots of walks, playtime, attention, and cuddles during her stay. We feel so lucky to have found Zhongwen and his wonderful family to look after Leo for almost 3 weeks over the holidays. Zhongwen was very communicative with me as he was quick to respond to my questions, and constantly sent me photos and videos of Leo’s time with them. From the videos, I could see that Leo was very comfortable playing with Zhongwen’s son, on their outings, and even during bath time! Roman and his family were absolutely amazing with my two dogs! From the very beginning, they made my dogs feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home. Communication was excellent—I received frequent updates, pictures, and details about how my dogs were doing, what they were eating, and how they were spending their time. They cared for my boys for almost a week, and when I picked them up, they were happy, relaxed, and clearly well loved. My dogs are not easy to get along with unless they really trust someone, and they both bonded quickly with Roman and his family, which says everything.
