“Wow! Kimberly and her husband were phenomenal! At a very short notice (because of cancellations), they were able to take care of our border collie dog for two weeks while we went out of town. We initially did a meet and greet and we knew they would be the perfect fit to watch over our dog. “Zack and family are simply amazing! We had a meet and greet weeks before our trip and they welcomed us and Nyla to their home. They took the time to go over all the details and asked really good questions. Being a “helicopter pawrents”, we immediately knew Nyla will be in good hands. Zack provided constant update, pictures and videos. With the family’s experience raising guide puppies, not only were they able to take good care of Nyla, they sticked to her routine and reinforced her training. They also went above and beyond to keep up with her supplements, grooming and even toothbrushing. She had lots of play and exercise time outside. She’s so happy and in such a great shape when we picked her up. Thanks for taking care of Nyla and we are so glad we’ve found Nyla’s go to vacation home!”
