Mika and her family did such a good job caring for Miso, my dog. She was responsive and took the time to meet her and understand her routine and dos and don’ts. Miso was so happy that she didn’t want to leave when I picked her up! Mika was also great with providing pictures, updates, and fun captions to describe how Miso was doing throughout her stay. John was wonderful with Benji! He took great care of him and kept us updated throughout the stay, including sharing lots of pictures, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. It was clear that Benji was comfortable, happy, and well cared for. John was also very thoughtful and packed up the rest of Benji’s food for us.
