“Joanna (and Julia) didn’t just spoil my dog, I think they worshipped her!! 👑 We have never seen Daisy so happy after being boarded! We are very very particular about who she stays with, and having recently moved from out of state and not finding a dog boarding facility that we felt comfortable with, we nervously turned to Rover. Joanna had excellent reviews and made us feel at ease at once by offering a meet and greet and both our anxiety (and Daisy’s) just disappeared instantly. Her house is clean and comfortable and Daisy settled right in. What I truly like about Joanna is her updates and her honesty…she informed me of Daisy’s anxiety (when we initially left, on car journeys), and also picked up on Daisy’s likes (squirrel watching, storm drains, SLIPPERS!) so I knew for a fact that Joanna was giving Daisy all her attention. She also follows instructions thoroughly and most of all…she takes the BEST pictures!! They just melted our hearts each time we received them throughout the stay. Daisy always looked so happy and loved that there is now no other person I would feel comfortable leaving her with…Joanna has set the bar so high and completely exceeded our expectations. Thank you Joanna and Julia for making our Princess feel like a Queen!! ♥️🙏🏽”
