I always get nervous leaving my pup with a stranger for boarding but SaeWon kept me in the loop with lots of pictures and videos of Ava while I was gone. “Thomas treated Onion with exceptional kindness and care. Onion is a shy and timid dude who takes a bit of time (often days) to warm up and by the time I picked Onion up he had already grown accustomed to being with Thomas. Thomas took great care to follow our feeding instructions since Onion is on a unique diet and gave him all the walk and rest that Onion needs. I would 100% board with Thomas again when we go out of town in the future.”

Grace had the best time with Neha and her family! Grace stayed an entire month so it was crucial for me to know that she was going to be taken care of appropriately, especially as I was going abroad. This is a stressful time for a dog owner as you want to be sure you are making the right choice. Immediately after meeting with Neha and her husband, I knew that she would be well at Neha's. Grace and Hachi (Neha's dog) hit it off nicely and got along together quickly. Neha's house was very welcoming and dog friendly. Neha and her husband were very kind, they wanted to be sure they could provide appropriate care for my dog and that their dog and mine would get along. All the conditions were there for me, really. During my trip, I was getting pictures daily, and I could tell Grace felt at home there, I saw her playing, resting, smiling. I almost fell bad she would have to leave because she no longer have dog friends to play with at home (my other dog passed away recently). I would definitely ask Neha to watch Grace again and we talked about having play dates for Grace and Hachi in the near future. 5 stars! Well deserved!
We feel so happy to have found Saewon and her family! We have a 17-year-old senior dog who is blind and needs extra care and attention. They were able to administer her eye medications and keep up with all of her daily needs with so much care. This was my first time leaving my pet with a sitter for day care and overnight for multiple days, so I was understandably nervous. Saewon and her family were incredibly kind, loving, gentle, and attentive. They were able to care for her closely and were home throughout the day, which gave us so much peace of mind. I’m so glad we found such a reliable and caring family to look after her. We felt completely at ease knowing she was in their care. Emely was amazing. We have booked her a couple of times now and have had a very reassuring experience in leaving our pup in her careful and meticulous care. She is detailed and sends pictures and updates throughout the day. Our pup had a great time and actually was sad when she had to leave Emely’s home. I would book her every time without hesitation!
