Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. We would trust her and her family with our furbaby again and I highly recommend. 🥰”

She was exceptional in communications and keeping me up to date of Nikka during his stay. She was attentative and accommodating with Nikkas food as we had to adjust slightly during his stay. We appreciate all the accommodations she took. Neha has a sweet loving slightly shy dog called Hatchi who was happy to share his space with Nikka.
