About: Hi I'm David! I love giving any pet the same attention and care I'd want for my own. Whether it's a quick check-in, feeding and litter duty, or an extended stay, I will be there for them! I’ve been on both sides of pet sitting (being a sitter and a paw parent) so rest assured you'll get regular updates and photos so you're never left wondering how things are going. I pay close attention to routines, feeding schedules, medications, and quirks that make your pet unique, and I make sure your home is left exactly as I found it. I'm comfortable with cats and dogs of all temperaments, from the cuddle bugs to the shy ones (I have a dog and three cats so trust me each of them is different)! Your pet's comfort and safety are always my top priority. I’m currently working full time on the weekdays but I’m hybrid on mondays and fridays so I can be pretty flexible! Open to pet sitting all days. I’m available anytime on the weekends too. I make sure to follow any house rules and pet schedules. I know most fur balls have their own routines and it’s important to me to keep them so they feel comfortable and safe! I can walk any dog and care for any cat, all quirks and sizes.

“Minghua (also goes by Alice) took amazing care of our elderly dog, Heide. We left town abruptly and she was able to do drop in visits with very little notice. Heide is 16 years old and requires daily medicine. Heide has recently refused to eat on a few occasions and wouldn’t eat while we were gone. Alice did everything she could to get Heide to eat her food - including hand feeding her. She went above and beyond with communicating that Heide wasn’t eating properly. We ended up coming home early to be with Heide. We are so thankful for the throughout communication and efforts with caring for Heide. We will definitely rehire Alice!”

I pursued veterinary technology, passed the California Registered Veterinary Technician state board examination in 2011, and have spent nearly two decades working in small animal veterinary medicine. While I no longer maintain an active RVT license, I continue working in the veterinary field and use the knowledge and experience I've gained over the years every day. My background includes caring for puppies and kittens, healthy adult pets, senior pets, and animals with chronic medical conditions. I'm experienced with administering oral medications, eye and ear medications, injections, sub-q fluids, topical treatments, and providing attentive care to pets that need a little extra support. I enjoy grooming my own dogs and have experience with routine grooming, including bathing, brushing, nail trims, and styling.
