Erin was phenomenal! She was so responsive and kind not only with us, but also with our kitty Nala. Nala was territorial and kept her space but Erin was patient, didn’t pressure her, and took her time. Erin sent daily updates and was awesome. We were lucky to have her and so was Nala!

I couldn’t be happier with the care my cat Toro received while I was away! Michelle is an absolute gem and easily the best cat sitter we’ve ever had. From the very beginning, she impressed me with her professionalism and attention to detail. During our meet and greet, she took thorough notes about Toro’s routine, preferences, and personality. She went above and beyond multiple times: when Toro had a couple of barf incidents, she cleaned everything up promptly and without complaint. Yu was absolutely amazing! We were away for 10 days (the longest we’ve ever been away from our fur babies), and she took such wonderful care of our girls. From the start, Yu was incredibly communicative and asked thoughtful questions that showed how much she genuinely cared about understanding our girls and their routines which really helped us feel confident and comfortable leaving them for that long. Each day she sent detailed Rover Cards along with 15–20 photos, which meant so much to us while we were away. It was clear our girls were happy, loved, and well taken care of the entire time.
