Ziqi was super responsive from the moment that we contacted her and the duration of her visits. Providing great information and lovely pictures of our kitties. The cats enjoyed being around her and we felt that they were in great hands. She was punctual, responsible and gave detailed information and our cats behavior, eating habits, and litter box usage. We felt very safe with her caring for our cats and would definitely use her again.
Ziqi was stellar! She was attentive to my cat’s needs, took lots of photos, kept me well updated, and even noticed when the automatic dry food dispenser was running low. Couldn’t recommend her enough ^-^

We were out of town for a family trip, and Ziqi took amazing care of our two cats. She came by at the scheduled times every day, cleaned the litter box, refilled food and water, and sent us photos during each visit. Thanks to her reliable and thoughtful care, we were able to enjoy our trip with total peace of mind. Highly recommend Ziqi!
Ziqi was so incredible, always prompt and followed all the steps with perfect accuracy. She took great care of our cats and went above and beyond in helping us out while were we away. Fast communication and great service, will definitely book with Ziqi again!

I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your kitty the care they need. I’m available most mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and I can easily adjust to your cat’s preferred routine — even on weekends or holidays.
