About: I’ve been a pet sitter for two years but have owned dogs for my whole life. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, from playful pups to sweet seniors as well as reactive dogs. I also have experience giving oral meds! I’m happy to follow your dog’s routine and adjust my schedule so they feel safe, happy and right at home! I usually do two walks a day, one in the morning and one at night with meals right after. Their paws are washed and dry after every walk so they can relax on the couch and bed right after 💕 Before bed, I gently clean their eyes and brush their teeth. During the day, we’ll play, use lick mats to keep their minds busy, and enjoy lots of belly rubs and snuggles. Before they go home, i’ll give them a bath and good brushing so they come back to you clean, fluffy, and extra huggable! I will treat your pup like my own. I keep a calm, safe, and pet-friendly space to help them feel at home. My male partner also helps out on weekends to make sure your dog is always well cared for 😊

It was clear from the beginning that she has a natural connection with animals and treats them with so much kindness and attention. Throughout the stay, Serena was professional, communicative, and thoughtful. She kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, took excellent care of our home, and most importantly, our dogs were genuinely happy, relaxed, and well cared for when we returned. We could tell they felt safe and comfortable with her. We also had to reschedule unexpectedly, and Serena was incredibly flexible and accommodating, which we appreciated so much. Maddie did a great job taking care of my 2 cats while I was on vacation for nearly two months! My cats are very shy but Maddie made exceptional efforts to look for them and make friends with them. Xiao did an absolutely fantastic job caring for my two cats. She was incredibly attentive and clearly took the time to make sure they were comfortable, happy, and well cared for. She spent quality time with them, especially engaging with my younger, very energetic cat, which I really appreciated. She was consistent, reliable, and had excellent communication throughout. I received plenty of updates, including photos and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I also have a cat who is a major door dasher, and Xiao was extremely careful every single time and he did not get out once. She followed all of my instructions exactly and went above and beyond.
