“Bailey was amazing! She was so communicative and took excellent care of both Spidey and my home. I just moved, so Spidey was a little nervous, but he came out of his shell quickly for Bailey! She gave great, detailed updates, and I felt so relaxed on vacation knowing that Spidey was in good hands. I can't wait to have Bailey back for my next vacation :)”

“Robert has been awesome! Super flexible with scheduling and able to accommodate our fairly last minute requests. Went above and beyond with walking and leaving detailed notes of the visit. Will happily book with him again!”

“We were SO glad we found Erica to watch our pets while we were away. During the meet and greet we knew she would be perfect - her calm, kind, and loving demeanor was perfect for our pets. She sent pictures and updates every day, and went above and beyond to make sure our home and everything in it was well taken care of. We will definitely book her again in the future, and would recommend her to anyone searching for a pet sitter.”

About: I have over 11 years of experience caring for animals and have spent years rescuing both dogs and cats. Through that experience, I have become familiar with recognizing warning signs, understanding animal behavior, and helping pets feel safe and comfortable. I have cared for animals ranging from 6 months old to 12 years old, and I am comfortable working with pets who may be shy, anxious, reactive, or more aggressive. I am patient, responsible, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs. I am available for overnight care any day of the week. For full-day care, I am available on Saturdays and Sundays only as I work a 9-5 during the weeks. I care for pets by keeping their routine consistent and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow all owner instructions closely, including feeding, walks, litter cleaning, playtime, medication if needed, and any special care needs. I am attentive to each pet’s behavior and always prioritize their safety and comfort. I have a 12 year old Labrador at home and if the pet I am pet sitting does not get along with her, I am able to separate them as needed.
About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all sizes and personalities — from energetic puppies who need playtime and structure, to senior pets who deserve gentle patience and extra care. I understand that every pet has their own routine and comfort zone, so I always take the time to learn their quirks, signals, and favorite things. Whether it’s early morning walks, medication reminders, or snuggle sessions on the couch, I treat every furry friend like my own. Safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. What sets me apart is my attentive communication and genuine love for animals — I send regular photo updates, follow owner instructions carefully, and make sure each pet feels secure and loved while you’re away. If your pet needs special care (puppy training, senior support, or daily medication), I have hands-on experience and will ensure they get personalized attention. Because I have a flexible schedule, I’m able to give pets consistent attention throughout the day — whether it’s quick potty breaks, playtime in the yard, or cozy naps together. Evenings are for longer walks, cuddles, and winding down before bedtime. On weekends, I love taking dogs on local trail walks or to pet-friendly parks for some extra fun and stimulation. Every day, I make sure your pet feels cared for, safe, and loved — just like they would at home. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. When caring for pets in my home, I maintain a calm, pet-friendly environment with secure spaces for play and rest. I keep food, cleaning supplies, and other items safely out of reach, and ensure constant supervision during playtime or outdoor breaks. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I always respect your space and follow your instructions carefully — from feeding routines and walking routes to any special care details. I take extra steps to keep doors and gates secure, and I never bring unfamiliar pets without your approval. Cleanliness, consistency, and clear communication are key. You’ll always receive photo or video updates so you know your furry family member is happy and well cared for. My goal is to make every stay or visit feel safe, familiar, and full of love — just like home.
About: I have trained and taken care of pets since I was a child. I grew up caring for cats and dogs. Since I have been an adult I have always trained and owned pets as well. In our family now I live with my two teen daughters, our 1 cat, and 2 small dogs. My eldest teen has worked for No Stray Left Behind for the last years and we have fostered various disabled dogs over that time period. I am currently fostering a BLIND 17 year-old Pomeranian, that requires special care. I would be the primary care-taker but my two dog-loving teen daughters would love to love on the dogs as well. The last dog I fostered had a crooked neck and shed a lot, the dog before that only had three legs, so I am very experienced with all sorts of needs and dogs. I also work from home, so it's easy for me to take them out. I currently work full-time from home, so short walks frequently throughout the day are easy. I am a very active person, so I am often at a park or beach or hiking. If the dog is permitted and capable I would love to take them along or even to the dog park. I also live across the street from a park. I do live in a 2 bedroom apt with no yard but as mentioned I have easy access to a park and work from home. There is a park literally 200 feet from across the street.

I can easily learn pet’s routines and enjoy walking them!
“I had Anna watch my golden doodle, Bane, for the past two days, and she was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure Bane was happy, well-fed, and got plenty of playtime and exercise. I truly appreciated her dedication and the extra time she spent with him. overall, it was a five-star experience, and I would highly recommend her!”

“Jody was amazing with our dogs! Very caring, attentive, and always on time for daily visits. Our dogs loved spending time with her, and she played with them so well. We also really appreciated all the photos and videos she sent, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Highly recommend!”

About: I have been watching over animals since I was a teenager. As I have gotten older I realized I have passion to watch over dogs and cats. I enjoy their presence as vice versa. There is no dog to small or big that I cannot care for. I am a pet owner as well I have a cat who is animal friendly do both cats and dogs. I provide the best service in the area as your fur baby is like my own. Your pet won’t be sitting alone wondering when someone’s coming back. I’m home throughout the day, which means consistent company, regular feeding, and someone actually present — not just checking in. Previously, even when I was working outside the home just 10 minutes away, I made it a point to come back during breaks so pets were never left too long. Now that I work from home, that presence is constant. I also have three cats of my own, so your dog will have calm, curious company if they’re open to it — and most are once they settle in. Flexibility is something I genuinely offer. Whether your schedule shifts or you need accommodations, I’m happy to work around what’s best for your pet. There is a few dog areas in the complex as well trails and parks to take your dog to for exercise as well to use the bathroom. My apartment is safe free and non-smoking environment.
“Ya-Chu was great! We needed a last minute drop in visit for our dog Scout and she was very communicative as well as sent photos throughout the visit. Communication all together was great! We would love to have them look after our animals again in the future.”

About: Not only growing up with and raised my kids around dogs of all breeds. Rockwilders, pitbulls, German Shepherds, hounds etc. While active duty Marine. My son's were raised by by Staffy pitbull Sampson. Not only getting myself out the house, the time will be therapeutic for myself and the dogs. We will be getting much needed sun and exercise. The dogs and owners home be cared as if I'm staying at my grandma's house and I was told to take her dog fee fee outside. Then have the kitchen cleaned before she finishes her nap to go play bingo with the other grandma's from New Orleans.
“Regi was super attentive to my fur babies and always communicated with me! She has true passion and love for pets and cares for them like her own. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a sitter.”

“I hired Cindy for 2 drop-in visits for my 2 dogs: a 14 y.o. & a 2 y.o. lab mix, both of whom are edgy around strangers. Cindy was on-time with all visits (including a meet-and-greet prior), communicated clearly in person and by text, and followed the instructions. She also provided pictures & brief updates at each check-in. Despite my senior dog being a cranky, old fart around strangers, Cindy improvised well when Ms. Crankypants barked at her and wouldn't cooperate about eating in her designated area, ensuring that the dogs remained safely separated during feeds. Cindy also scooped the poop, so I didn't have to when I got home. I recommend Cindy and plan to call on her again myself.”

About: I have experience with many different breeds of dogs as well as different species of animals other than dogs and cats. I have walked/watched great danes, pit bulls, labradors, and mixed breeds to name a few. As for the other species I have taken care of/owned I feel comfortable with reptiles, birds, small animals, fish, and spiders. I am always open to learning about and caring for different species of animals and breeds if dogs or cat! I have the summer off from college so I have a bunch of free time I hope to fill with caring for dogs and other animals! For the animals in my hone and past pets my big rule is respect. If the animal is experiencing a strong emotion or needs something I will always respect it. Animals have their bad days too! As for caring for pets on this app, that basic respect rule will still apply. I always make sure to not only respect your animal but also your home.
About: My 16-year-old Pomchi bestie, Stella, is a testament to my care. I have been feeding, bathing, and loving her since I was 17 years old, and she is still doing great in her senior years. I am also a masters-level clinician in behavior health as a behavior analyst (BCBA). Because of this, not only am I well-versed in behavior change, positive reinforcement, and navigating challenging behaviors, but I've also had the honor of working with families of diverse backgrounds, including neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ families :) I'm taking some time off from my usual work as I wait for my out-of-state licensing to process for a fully remote position. This means that I have lots of free time this summer. Help me get out of the house before playing Fortnite for 8+ hours a day rots my brain!!! I like to provide as much or as little communication as what would make you feel comfortable. Want pictures, a text update, and a video call while I'm visiting your pet? That sounds great! Prefer that I keep your phone notifications to a minimum? That works too!
About: I help take care of two family dogs at home, one of which is a stray. Both dogs came in without potty training and walking experience, but now they know when to signal to go and follow my pace when I walk. I’m not strict in where they choose to explore but will know when to reel them in. I’m currently home from college and am looking for a job/internship. As it stands I’m pretty flexible, but if anything changes I won’t hesitate to notify you! I keep appliances and items away from my dogs’ reach, but allow them anywhere in the house. I do keep certain rooms off limits to avoid shedding/smell, and feed them 1-2 on a daily basis.
“Eunice was great! She showed up on time and updated me after each visit with pictures and a summary. She was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Forest and Flower loved her! Thank you!”

I believe that your pets are the most comfortable when they can stay at their home and we are committed to offering affordable, responsible, and communicative house-sitting services for your peace of mind. About: Lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs and pets of all kinds. I rescued my dog, Clayton, 14 years ago, and he recently passed away in February 2026 at the incredible age of 15. Through that journey, I gained firsthand experience caring for a pet through every stage of life, from the energetic younger years to the extra patience and attention senior pets need. I understand the patience, consistency, and love animals deserve, and I’ll care for your pet as if they were part of my own family. Whether it’s walks, playtime, cuddles, administering routines, or simply providing companionship, your pet will be in caring and reliable hands. Living in an apartment has given me a strong understanding of the importance of regular potty breaks, exercise, and maintaining a consistent routine for dogs. Before leaving the house, I always make sure dogs get at least two potty breaks, followed by no fewer than three additional outings once I return home. Pets in my care are treated like family and are welcome to relax comfortably throughout my apartment, including on the couch and bed. I also enjoy taking long walks around my neighborhood and would love to bring your furry friend along for fresh air, exercise, and extra attention throughout the day. During the week, I split my time between two office locations — one in Anaheim near Honda Center and the other in Corona del Mar near Fashion Island. My typical schedule has me away from home from about 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while Fridays are fully remote and offer much more flexibility. If your pet has specific needs, routines, or requires additional attention, please let me know. I’m happy to coordinate flexibility within my work schedule whenever possible to ensure your pet receives the care and attention they deserve.
Lower Peters Canyon pet parents share their Rover experiences
This is the second time Elicia has taken care of our 17 year old, and I hope she never retires! She is someone I can trust completely; we were on a cruise so we didn't have service a lot of the time and knowing she was in charge back home made it so much easier to relax and enjoy myself, because I didn't have to worry!

Serena was absolutely incredible. Both of our dogs are rescues and can be very timid, so finding someone we could fully trust with their specific needs was extremely important to us. Our newest dog had never stayed with a pet sitter before, and we were understandably nervous, but Serena immediately put both us and our dogs at ease. Our dogs warmed up to her right away, which says a lot about her calm, patient, and genuinely caring demeanor. It was clear from the beginning that she has a natural connection with animals and treats them with so much kindness and attention. Throughout the stay, Serena was professional, communicative, and thoughtful. She kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, took excellent care of our home, and most importantly, our dogs were genuinely happy, relaxed, and well cared for when we returned. We could tell they felt safe and comfortable with her. We also had to reschedule unexpectedly, and Serena was incredibly flexible and accommodating, which we appreciated so much. We truly could not have asked for a better experience and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and reliable pet sitter. We will absolutely be booking with her again in the future.

Maddie did a great job taking care of my 2 cats while I was on vacation for nearly two months! My cats are very shy but Maddie made exceptional efforts to look for them and make friends with them. She was also great in communicating and sending updates and pictures for every visits, which really gives me peace of mind while I was away. Thank you Maddie!

My cat had a wonderful time with Amanda while we were on vacation. She really went the extra mile to make him feel comfortable, and it showed throughout her visits. He was a little hesitant at first, but she got him to open up quickly, and by the middle of the visits he was greeting her at the door! She stayed longer than scheduled, gave him the quality time he needed, and sent detailed Rover cards with photos and videos that kept us updated and reassured. She was also super responsive the entire time. We would absolutely book with her again in the future.
Brittany was so amazing with my dog Hank, who is around 100 lb lab. She was very punctual and communicative and Hank was so happy to have her. I feel my dog was cared for in a way that I would care for him and that helped ease the stress of leaving my pet. I would recommend Brittany to anybody looking for dog care and I hope to rebook her in the future!

Robert took a last minute request, had excellent communication, and handled a challenging task of helping our large senior dog get up and down the stairs. Awesome job! Thanks for handling our last minute request and our older dog who needs a pilot of patience!
