Rachel is a professional, caring, trustworthy, attentive and uber-responsible pet sitter. She is also personable, calm, compassionate and reliable. She took excellent care of our cat, Remy, who is older and quite shy and nervous around strangers. Rachel followed all feeding and medication instructions and sent us photos, as well as videos. She didn't rush the visits, always showing up on time, and my husband and I sincerely appreciated her detailed updates and notes.
