If your cat needs time to decompress, hide, observe, or slowly adjust, I completely respect that. I understand that some cats are social and curious, while others need quiet, patience, and personal space. I’ll follow your cat’s usual routine as closely as possible to help reduce stress while you’re away. 🧼 Cleanliness & Safety I take cleanliness seriously, especially when caring for cats. Litter boxes, food areas, water bowls, surfaces, and shared items are cleaned regularly. I also pay close attention to changes in appetite, litter box habits, energy level, behavior, and overall well-being. My EMT background has made me detail-oriented, calm, and observant, which helps me notice when something seems off and communicate clearly with owners. Boarding cats will remain indoors in a secure environment. For drop-in visits, I’m happy to follow your cat’s normal routine if they have a fully enclosed, secure catio at home. Catio time must be discussed ahead of time and will only be provided if it is safe, enclosed, and owner-approved. 💬 Communication You can expect clear communication, thoughtful questions, and regular photo updates. About: I’m confident your baby won’t miss mommy and daddy while in my care. We’ll spend quality time walking, running, and hiking as much as they’d like, plus plenty of cuddles in between. We can do this as my partner and I both work from home. I know exactly how hard it is to leave a pet behind, so I make sure every pet parent gets regular updates and cute photos to ease separation anxiety (I have one with my pets😉🤣). I’m also a skilled photographer, so you’ll get great shots of your baby having a blast. I’m a huge animal lover, the kind whose feed is entirely animals, including species some people find intimidating. I’ve had all kinds of pets over the years, and every one of them outlived its expected lifespan under my care. I’ve looked after family and friends’ dogs since I was a kid, and for the past several years I’ve spent a month annually caring for my aunt’s elderly dog, who is deaf and blind and only trusts me with her care. Since I’m almost always home and only leave to exercise, I can play and cuddle with your pet all day long. Being athletic myself and having easy access to great trails and walking routes nearby makes me an ideal dog walker. My partner, a former tennis player, is also an expert at fetch at the park right next to us. I work from home and barely go out because I am a homebody who loves cuddling and playing with animals all day. I love running and walking near my place and can do it as much as needed. My place is a third-floor townhome plan, and it’s 1,500 sq ft. I don’t leave my place for three hours a day unless there is a special occasion. We have three cats at home who are shy but sweet and wouldn’t ever bother the dog. They are all fully vaccinated, including rabies. We have many hiking trails, beach walks, and parks near our place, so we can go to entertain the dogs as much as they want:) If you allow us, we can take the baby for a beach day too!😉

In March 2026, I relocated to Irvine for a job with UC Irvine. I have worked with animals of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, including seniors, puppies, and pets that require extra patience or structure. Additionally, I am certified in Pet CPR, so safety and preparedness are always my top priorities. I particularly enjoy caring for large dogs, such as German Shepherds and Rottweilers, and I am comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and energy levels. I work full time at UC Irvine, but I have a pretty flexible schedule. I moved to Orange County in March 2026 and am still getting settled in Irvine, so I spend most of my time close to home when I’m not working. Pet care fits easily into my routine. I have time during the week and on weekends for walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, and just keeping pets company. I’ve always loved animals, and since I don’t have a big social circle here yet, I genuinely have the time and attention to give. My home in Long Beach is very small, so it is not a good fit for boarding pets. I am happy to stay in your home instead, where your animals can remain in their own familiar space and routine. Tuesday through Friday, I am usually at UC Irvine during regular business hours. Depending on your comfort level and your dog’s training, I may be able to bring your dog with me. I can also return during the day for walks, feeding, check-ins, medication, or just to spend time with your pet. I want pet owners to feel fully comfortable with whatever arrangement we make. I will follow your instructions closely and respect your home, your pet’s routine, and your comfort level.
