Hi, I’m Emily! I’ve been a pet sitter for friends and family for around a decade, please see the reviews that a couple of them have written. My friends and family would also tell you, I’m the type of person that immediately flocks to pet and hang out with the dog or cat at the house we’re at! I’ve owned or lived with a pet almost my entire life as well. I know how pets truly become part of the family and how important it is to find a trusted sitter. I’ve cared for a variety of sizes, breeds, and ages. I’ve cared for senior dogs with special needs and I know how to administer pills as well. My goal is always to keep them happy and healthy. Please know that I will be a responsible and loving caretaker and pal to your furry friend when you are away.

I am very responsible when it comes to caring for pets in their own home and for walks! I make sure to complete each necessary step for their care and ask questions to pet parents if necessary. I pay attention to doors not being left open (we wouldn’t want any escapees!) and I am sure to lock the door when leaving.

Emily has watched our german shepherd husky mix multiple times now. She provides us comfort with plenty of updates daily with pictures. Our pup gets more love and attention when Emily comes to stay while we are away. Highly reliable and always goes above and beyond.
I've seen firsthand how caring and compassionate she is with animals. Whether it's her own pets or someone else's, she treats every animal with patience, kindness, and genuine love. Animals naturally seem to trust her, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure they're happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Her love for animals is obvious in everything she does, and I would trust her with any pet without hesitation.
Em took such great care of Misha and Chimi while we were away! She kept us updated with photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. She really goes above and beyond to take care of them and play with them so they don’t feel alone. It was clear our cats were well cared for, comfortable, and loved their churu treat. We came home to two happy kitties, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with Em again. Highly recommend!!

Schedule
I work full time but am only in office Tuesdays and Thursdays in Huntington Beach. I am only available to check in on pets before 8:30am and after 5pm for those days. Otherwise, I work from home and have much more flexibility for check-ins on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I don’t work on the weekends so I am open then as well.
